I recently bought a Trailmaster Turino 150 scooter & few months later also a Ice Bear Scooter Trike 150 from Motobuys,and have been very pleased with both. The Trailmaster got here fast,ran great right out of the box with very little assembly, & got the title in just a few days. Perfect! It's a pleasure to ride! The Trike needed a little adjusting with the valves but it runs great now.The trunk was a little noisy so I took it off. I think it looks cooler without it anyway,& there's storage under the seat enough for me.There was a little delay with the title on that one (about a month) but it's all legal & running great now.I LOVE them both! There was a scratch on the bar on back of the Trailmaster & I called them & got a replacement within a couple days! They have answered my emails or phone calls every time & addressed my problem. Overall,it was a great buying experience,especially for online,& I would buy from them again if I need another one. Thanks to Charlie & Peter for their help!

One was clearly mishandled during shipping. I had the delivery driver not all damages on my copy AND HIS COPY!! I took photos with the driver in them filled claim form with the carrier and received an undisputed check for the entire amount I claimed. I didn’t let the driver just drop it off and take off then call motobuys complaining . Then leave a one ⭐️review because you didn't follow the procedure in the contract you signed at purchase. . I also had 50cc scooter that stared but had no power. $14.99 carburetor on Amazon it ran great . Your purchasing from China if you don’t have the basic skill set to assemble and troubleshoot then pay 3 times the price and buy from a local motorcycle shop . No I don’t work for motobuys they didn’t pay me to write this review but I understand I’m buying a mass produced scooter from China to save a lot over the price local motorcycle shops charge for motor bikes already assembled and ready to go . Also out of 177 one ⭐️ reviews 10 were verified purchases. You get more bees with honey than with vinegar take a breath did you inspect your purchase before letting the driver pull away? Just because you can assemble a pedal bike or put a tube in a bike tire you probably shouldn't be ordering a motor bike from China 🇨🇳 people rely on reviews and they need to read the truth so before you go leaving a bad review ask yourself did you read the contract you signed when purchasing a cheap scooter from China did you hold the shipping agent accountable for miss handling your purchase but my experience with motobuys isn’t like anything I have read from the customers that probably had ( 01 ) on there report card in school does not follow instructions!!!!!
mini bike purchase
I never write reviews, but figured I would on this. I bought a mini bike from motobuys and after my purchase started reading alot of negative reviews from them. I got a little nervous but decided to see how it plays out. I read there was a 3-5 processing time, well on day 4 I got notification that my item was partially shipped. They were giving away a free helmet with purchase. Anyway 2 days go buy and I decide to call and check the status. I had my call answered right away and was told that my mini bike had shipped as well and it must have been an error on why it showed partially shipped. We'll my mini bike showed up undamaged and the right color I ordered! Though there was some shipping damage to the metal frame that the bike is shipped in. No damage to the bike! So for my experience with them it was good and I'm happy, I'd definitely buy from them again!

Tried to order a part for an atv that I bought from motobuys spoke.with Charlie said he will.call me in a couple of days it been 3 weeks and I have left several messages and email just like they ask for a faster response but no one will ever return a call or email like alot of reviews say I can't ride it due to the part I need is for the rear brake that vibrated off. Wasted my money with this company. Don't say you will return calls and never do. Stay away from MOTOBUYS. If you ever need anything they won't return a call they have your money already.

I paid $2300 for a vitacci penthora 250cc ATV and they did not send all the parts, some parts were for a different ATV, I have received better instructions for a toaster they make no sense and for instance the battery doesn't go anywhere near where they have it on the instructions..it shows under the seat and it goes on the left back fender which doesn't sit well, they still haven't sent the title paperwork I paid an extra $40 for and that was almost 6 weeks ago, they send a bag of nuts and bolts with some you need, some extras , and not enough of some you need. They don't offer to put the ATV together for a price which says it ALL! They put together other items but not the ATV and I think the reason is that they know there is no way to put it together. My husband is an engineer and he couldn't get because the parts we got are all incorrect. Tried to reach them for 5 weeks. No response to a phone call or email and when I did threated to file a lawsuit they sent me an email saying that they would take it back if I agreed with their "new" return policy that even more greatly favors them. They said if "their mechanic says that the issue is that the carbonator doesn't work , a broken gas tank" and anything other than the engine not working or cut wires from shipping then they are keeping the 15% restocking fee and 2 way freight shipping charges ...they say that if it is damaged in shipping they will keep that $ also but they had steal around it and it was damaged getting to me and they just want me to shrink wrap it and tie it down on a pallet then trust their freight company not to break it. They broke it getting it to me with steal and when it was damaged I said I was worried it was broken the driver said I couldn't refuse it even tho I was told I couldnt refuse it.The carb and gas tank are things that come pre installed so they are clearly stating they know that their affixed parts don't work and you can't get all your money back if the parts they put on are bad...think about that. The only reason you can get all your money back on the refund policy is if the engine is broken but what about missing parts? I have to send back parts they never gave me to get all my money back too but I have been telling them I'm missing parts and have the wrong parts for 6 weeks . I know I have to go to court because they are not keeping my money and getting the bike back so they can just resell it to someone else like this. They say they know you will have damage to the paint and stuff because of the way they ship it and boy did we have cosmetic damage!! I read all of the reviews I could at the time and now I know that they put in their own reviews. Any good ones are most likely theirs. They say they have a tech person they have you work with to figure out issues...well they only have one and he takes appts wed-fri from 11am to 4 pm and it is appt only first come first serve. I got an appt with their tech person after freaking out on emails and phone calls and the tech person had no idea what to do..he said he would reach out to the maker if the ATV for picks but he said they didn't have any and then that was the appt I have not heard back since except the policy they want me to agree to that I will not do. The tech person Ken he said if we needed help go text him but he has never answered EVER..Carlos is the only person answering the phones and they must have called id because before I bought I got right through to get my someone to ask questions the moment I bought I never got through again. Believe me...buy elsewhere. PLEASE do not go to motobuys to buy...they are a scam. Had an expert take a look and they said it will cost me about $800 to get the parts needed to get this atv to work.
The seat came with a severely bent post and the seat will. Never fit properly. Buy from somewhere you trust or at least you can get a response from if something happens. I'm going to file a lawsuit. I have so far had to buy a carburetor and cdi, 1 tire, a battery, various nuts and bolts, cotter pins, had an expert and paid them $150 to look at it (he laughed and said "that's not even all for the same kind of ATV)

Houston we have a problem.
Received our order by surprise because tracking information was never given, I had emailed and called for update on order but never received reply, it just showed up. Order was unpacked and instructions follow but Go Kart would not start called and email sent same day. Seriously bad communication after 5 email, 4 calls leaving two messages. (they don't answer the phones) all calls was direct to voicemail. Finally a Tech did call after as 6 day after delivery of Go Kart, said they're very busy but helpful to send replacement parts. So far new parts are being sent but we have to do the labor. Well we have a working Go Kart??? Stay tuned.
UPDATE - 6/29 and Go Kart still doesn't run... New carb same problem doesn't run.. New Go Kart that you can't use. Over 10 emails 7 calls and spoke with Tech once. They stink at returning calls or email.

MOTOBUYS Product Purchase Received my purchase of a Trailmaster…
Received my purchase of a Trailmaster Mini XRX without notification. The shipment was dropped off at the end of my driveway. In fact, as of this May 8th 2023 review, current tracking status as of a few moments ago was "partially shipped." While general satisfied with the product, I have a few issues. It came with the wrong owners manual (All MID related), the battery strap was far too short so I had to fabricate one. Although i paid for pre-assembly, Motobuys needs to also advise customers that you will still have to adjust the choke, drive chain (fell off the sprocket after 10’), and any engine related adjustments. I was a shocked how the go kart was left. It was sitting on top of a broken pallet, with one of the rear tires fully punctured by the nails of one of the broken pallet slats. It will not hold air at this time as i believe the 3 nail holes completely ruined the tire. This was for my grandaughters birthday 6May. I have photos but no attachment function on this review. Sent a note to Motobuys customer service 5 days ago and no response yet I get repeated emails on buying more of their products. I’ll buy another go-kart or vehicle in the future, but not a chance buying from this firm again.

Bought a starter dirt bike for my son. After the purchase I had some questions and called the number found on the website. Customer service was A++ they knew what order I was referring to as well as very polite and helpful. Quality of this dirt bike is surprisingly good. My son loves it! Shipping was the only issue and that is on FedEx. So I highly recommend this company and will be making future purchases.

This company truly appreciates their customers, a trait not common these days. I look forward to continuing doing business with them as my granddaughter grows and progresses with her riding.
No customer support whatsoever, even for defective products
Ordered December 6th, received December 22nd, opened December 25th and the right front wheel sheared off on December 26th. This could be a defective product and I can live with that, what I can't deal with is the lack of customer support.
I contacted them December 6th, received a response after multiple follow up emails and calls the week of January 6th. The follow up did not address my concern and asked me to re-send the info I'd already sent. Another 10 days passed (during which time I called and emailed a bunch of times) and I as told to talk to tech support. Tech support seemed to have no idea what was going on, even though I provided all the info to Motobuys multiple times. As of this writing I'm still waiting to hear back (it is January 19th).
There are other retailers for these products, don't use Motobuys.

I contacted several companies before purchasing from MotoBuys and selected them for the good communications I received before my order. I purchased a Trailmaster youth ATV and it arrived in 8 days. The ATV was well packaged and arrived with no damage. The only complaint I have is that there were no assembly instruction included with the ATV. However, it was not that difficult to figure out how to assemble it. Basically, it was just install 4 wheels, 2 luggage racks, the handlebars and battery. The engine started right up and ran fine as soon as fuel was added. Anyone with basic mechanical skills should have no problem with the assembly. My grandson loves the ATV and I will definitely be buying from Motobuys again.
Don't believe all the bad reviews.
The sales people were helpful with my questions before I purchased. My bike I ordered for my son came quick and in a undamaged box. All the parts were in good shape. The only thing that can be said that was negative about my experience so far is that the instructions for putting the bike
together are terrible. That is not the dealers fault as those come from the factory that way. You pretty much have to figure it out as you go. The front end wasn't terrible it was just the horrible placement of the battery and having to install the battery was a nightmare. No mechanical issues so far as it ran good as soon as I put the bike together. The bike I purchased was an apollo dB 25 70cc fully automatic. I feel that I could have avoided some hasles with the installation if I bought the manual instead. Don't believe alot the bad reviews because most of them are bad communication and no desire to resolve the issues than just being upset.the only thing I would ask from moto buys is that they include some additional instructions as there isn't any information on this bike on you tube or anything. But overall was a great experience. I would definitely buy from them again.

Hello. Let me start out by admitting that based on the reviews that I initially read on this site (which was AFTER I purchased my ibello scooter from Motobuys), I was just waiting for my transaction to go wrong, in one way or another. But...the transaction between myself, Charlie, and the warehouse was seamless!!! Charlie was extremely professional, kind, and resourceful throughout the entire experience!! Whenever I had a question, Charlie promptly responded to my email/calls! I love my ibello scooter!! It arrived undamaged, with all accessories...ect.., without even a scratch!!! I was provided with a tracking number for my MCD paperwork, with it being scheduled to arrive within the week!!
I will definitely be a returning customer following this experience!!!!
