Moto Central Reviews 

I bought 3 items over 2 orders and was billed and told it would be shipped about 10 days ago. Am still waiting for the shipment details through fedex as of today. Have sent an email as well to their customer care but there has been no response from their side. Totally i have spent 661$ but am not seeing any action on the shipping front nor on the customer support team.

Kinda wondering why i purchased through an online retailer looking at good reviews abs expecting good service. Hope i’m wrong.

I received the boots from motocentral. Had got great support from jamie at motocentral who promptly sent out yhe goods. Must say after receiving them , was very satisfied and happy with the whole support . Would love to buy from them again in the future

I purchased the latest Bell GT helmet and was impressed with the quick and excellent delivery service. Five stars!

I am extremely disappointed in this company.
They are currently offering to beat their competitors prices on certain goods by £1. I asked for a price match against an Oxford Magnum U-lock sold by Sportsbikeshop but Moto Central refused as they said that in this instance they would make a loss. I think they should do some research into the prices their competitors are offering before making promises they are not prepared to keep.
MC's advice to me was ".... you'd be better off purchasing from SBS ..."
