Good Experience, Thanks Motocentral
I was searching for some travel wearing gear and some accessories for my KTM Adventure 390 and found about motocentral.in in a Google search. First thing that i noticed is the super friendly and enthusiastic support folks (on WhatsApp) who were just a ping away for any help or clarification whenever needed. They even went to the extent of calling me up and informing about a defect they found during a QC check in one of the products i purchased from their stores, and suggested an alternate item to purchase or were ready for a complete refund. This level of personalized attention is (understandably) a near impossibility on big online eCommerce stores. motocentral has some good accessories for your biking needs. The transactions on their online stores have been extremely smooth, from purchase through delivery, and their support plays a big role in this positive perception. I have purchased a few items on multiple occasions from their store before writing this review.
I have no hesitation in going back to them again for my biking needs. Thanks motocentral folks.

Quicker delivery would be appreciated
I have shopped from MotoCentral before as well, they do ship out the products within 2 or 3 days. But after that, the entire shipping takes a very longer amount of time than others, should definitely opt for quicker shipping methods! As far as products are concerned, no complaints.
