Outstanding customer service – one of the best shopping experiences I’ve ever had
I originally became interested in the Bowtex V1 leggings and still had a few open questions before purchasing. It was the middle of the night, I was sitting at my computer, and I decided to try the chat window that had popped up on the website – not expecting much more than an automated chatbot.
To my surprise, I was not chatting with a bot at all, but with Julien, one of the owners himself, who was still working late at night. He took the time to answer all of my questions in detail, explained everything clearly, and even helped me with the payment process. This level of personal support alone already felt exceptional.
I placed my order and was really looking forward to it. The next day, however, I received an email explaining that due to a stock error, the product I had ordered was unfortunately sold out. What happened next completely exceeded all expectations: Julien offered to send me the brand-new V2 version of the leggings for the same reduced price I had paid for the V1.
This new version is a very recent product and cannot be found discounted anywhere online. Of course, I gladly accepted the offer. Just three days later, the package arrived. Throughout the entire delivery process, I was able to track my order transparently via the website and always knew exactly where my package was.
From the first contact, to the customer service, the ordering process, the delivery, and finally the product itself – I can honestly say that I have rarely been this satisfied with an online purchase. This is customer service at an absolutely top-tier level: personal, honest, fast, and incredibly generous.
You can really feel that this shop genuinely cares about its customers and stands behind its products. An outstanding experience from start to finish. Absolute top customer service – highly recommended!
