Habe zwei Heckklappendämpfer bestell,wurden auch schnell geliefert. Nach Einbau wurde aber festgestellt , die neuen Dämpfer noch schlechter sind wie die alten, Klappe fiel mir sofort auf den Kopf wo ich mir eine Kopfverletzung zuzog. angeschrieben, keine Reaktion erst nachdem ich das Konto gesperrt habe eine Antwort
Und jetzt auch noch soll ich das Rückporto selber zahlen ,für def. Dämpfer ??
Motor mit Zahnriemensatz bestellt. Motor kam viel zu spät an. Zudem war niemand erreichbar die ganze Zeit. Mit 4 Woche Verspätung kam der Motor auf einer kaputten Palette aus Polen an. Im Nachgang nach Einbau von einer Werkstatt und Diagnose wurde festgestellt, dass der Zahnriemen falsch verbaut wurde. Fazit: Motor läuft schlecht, 3 MONATE Verzögerung bisher.
Erreichbar ist niemand, weder per Mail, noch per Telefon oder WhatsApp. Zudem wird die Kaution nicht zurücküberwiesen.
Kontakt wurde aufrechterhalten bis zu dem Zeitpunkt wo in Vorkasse das Geld überweisen wurde. Ab da an keine Kommunikation möglich.
