Got a quote for motorbike insurance through a comparison website, unfortunately what they then sold me was not what I had quoted for, and they decided to change the use and removed the commuting cover that I had quoted for. They then want £55 cancellation fee when the cover hasn't even started, or an additional £47.40 to change it, making it far more expensive than the others I was comparing it to.

When my policy came up for renewal, I was quoted over £700. After reviewing my options, I obtained the same level of cover from another provider for under £400\. Because of this significant price difference, and because my concerns had not been handled satisfactorily, I decided to switch providers\.
The way my concerns were addressed was very disappointing, and I do not feel I received the level of customer service or advice I should reasonably have expected

Premium Credit pays your policy in full upfront, and you repay them through monthly instalments.
If your insurer’s refund doesn’t fully cover the remaining balance on your credit agreement, plus our cancellation fee, any shortfall will be owed.
We collect this outstanding amount on behalf of Premium Credit when your policy is cancelled.

Absolute scammers. £127 to cancel my policy and if I want to just change the vehicle they said there’s no premium to pay however we will charge you £50 for a brokers fee! Please please please take it from me and use a proper insurance company and not this Mickey Mouse outfit
