Motor World 

They took my money and ran, no car and chasing through the courts now, I believe they have done this through previous companies and I have information that looks like they sold the same car to three different people. Now the car has gone and so have they.

Despite searching for car parts using my car reg, the search returned parts which did not fit my car so I ended up with a very expensive return which they are not prepared to re-imburse. Be very careful when searching as the items shown may not be specific to your model, only the year.

Based in Thorney Peterborough this company is run by a man named Naeem AKHTAR. The people there are nothing short of being criminal. I am having to take them to court to get my money back. Promise after promise delay after delay. Don’t expect any help from these people.
DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY.

Worst company ever
They lied to me about my car being fixed in one month, it’s been three months today and still keep saying to mw they haven’t received the parts yet. I bought car on march and I used only three weeks and after it started having problems when I used to drive it.

Do not buy a car off these CLOWNS!!! I have lost £8000 totally ripped me off!!! Timing change needed replacing, water leak and the mileage is wrong to DVLA website.

Car Delivered with a Wheel nut missing, required 2 new rear tyres, problems with lights, no service book and the supposed second key is a blank and cannot be used.no reply to calls!

Stay away. Bought a car and had to return it as it had a cluch problem. still waiting for a refund

Ordered the product shown for my Registration number. As soon as I received confirmation email I could see it was the wrong product. Tried phoning using the number provided on their website and was on hold for 15 minutes. Used "Chat" at same time, but after 40 minutes faffing about getting order number and product details, I was told too late to change order as it was a next day delivery.

Appalling customer service - not a company I will use again!

I bought a fantastic, low-mileage Lexus NX 300 F -SPORT from Trusty Motors World Ltd and I am extremely pleased with it. The car was just as described and very well presented when I collected it. The car was serviced the day before I picked it up and came with a 6-month warranty. Majid was always very polite, honest and helpful and I would merrily deal with him again.

I purchased a set of QH front track rod ends for my bmw and only after 14 months the parts failed badly so I contacted motor world and was told to contact the manufacturer so they had my money and didn't want to help me out in eny way possible so please don't trust this rag tag company if you want cheap Chinese car parts then order a way remember motor world will not replace faulty parts. Shop elsewhere

Called in for a rear wiper. It was fitted almost before I’d paid. Service with a smile, too! Well done & thank you.

Walked in today for distilled water for battery maintenance. Due to the restrictions, no access to the aisles is available. Approached the counter and the member of staff serving barely looked up at me:

Do you have distilled water?
'Yes' 'How much do you want?'
What quantity does it come in?
'1 litre, 5 litres'
How much is 1 litre?
'I dunno? About £1.99 off the top of my head,I'll HAVE TO go and check' said with condescending tone.
'Forget it you unhelpful git' I said and left. Went to ASDA and found a litre for 99p. Cheers, persuaded me never to visit this dump again.

True story

Went in as my oil light had came on and me being me I'd never put my oil in(typical woman) very un helpful said to put half in and see no help offered.

Not too bad,it's better to improve what I expect from them.

This is what a customer facing company should be.
I use the Wythenshawe branch and the service is second to none the way the staff have gone out of their way to get me the correct part as soon as possible including collecting and dropping off the part on their days off WOW this is impressive customer service.
Alot of the bigger chains could do with the local store mentality as this keeps me from going online for parts.
