Excellent service

Excellent service! Abraham delt with the whole process and was very easy! Went and looked at a very clean van on the wednesday which had one parking sensor out which I was told it would be repaired for me on arrival on Friday which it was. Would highly recommend this dealer for anyone looking for a van for a good price. 10/10

AVOID - Racked 3 parking tickets in my name

AVOID - racked 3 parking tickets in my name when I had to send it back due to issues that should of never been there.

A bought a car from them a year ago and when I had to give my car back to them so they could sort the issues, (which should of never been there in the first place) they had it for 2 weeks and racked up 3 parking tickets in my name.

I was so upset as I’ve never got a parking ticket in my life. 2 of the tickets they paid (after I chased them multiple times) however they 3rd one is still outstanding 1 whole year later and I’ve just received a final notice for it.

I appealed it with the council at the time to say it wasn’t in my possession and to pass it onto them directly, I also text motor 2 go various times to ask them to pay it they ignored me and clearly still haven’t paid it.

This is completely unprofessional and frankly appalling.

Avoid this company, they are quick to sell you the vehicle but their aftercare is unsatisfactory and they are dishonest.

Reassuring and Informative

Thanks to the team at Motor2Go, once I made my mind up to go for the van they reassured me it would be ready within 3-5 days. I appreciate the speed as they got my van with the finance ready for me in 3 working days and updated me during the whole process as it’s my first ever van purchase this is all new to me. The Ford transit I purchased has everything I requested for and wanted to give it a run around for a week before leaving a review. So as they promised they delivered really well! Cheers to that, thank you guys! I can start getting back to work :)

Bought my A class from them

Bought my A class from them. Meer provided an excellent customer service and was always on hand when I needed him. It was my first time buying a car and he made the process so smooth and easy going. Would definitely recommend.

Found the perfect van

It can be a mind full when you’re in the market for a new van, motor 2 go helped me find the perfect van for my job after showing me a variety of stock that they offer, all the staff were caring and happy to ask answer any questions, they even had my van freshly washed upon collection

The worst experience !!!

The worst experience !!!
He simply refuses to return £250 deposit, not having britch in the Customer Declaration form. This guy will take as a fool and lye to you! So under no circumstances proceed to pay any required deposit, becouse even if you don't withdraw from the deal but your finance is not successful , he will leave with your deposit !

Just like other people have mentioned lower down he is scamming people !!!

I would first like to say we take feedback very seriously, our refund policy is very clear on our website and also on the declaration you signed, we always encourage customers to have finance in place before leaving a deposit in the event finance does not go through. You left a deposit on this vehicle 3 months ago and we gave you ample time to arrange finance, we also spent a lot of time and money in prepping the vehicle which exceeded the £250 deposit you left, we went above and beyond to try and help you get finance on the vehicle, this is not a scam any company you go to if you leave a holding deposit the policy is clear that it is non-refundable.

I heard about Motor2go from a friend as…Shams experience

I heard about Motor2go from a friend as I needed a van asap, As a builder I need strong reliable van that does exactly what it says on the tin. I popped round to yard where I was surprise to find beautiful premises and line upon line of clean well positioned vans which indicated to me that they actually cared about each individual van.”it’s like organising your tools” So soon after I was approached by a friendly young man who walked round and recommended a few vans after asking me some questions in terms of my preferences. He even showed me a van that had metal shelf’s already built in which reminded me of a mate of mine who would love a van like that, because his van is a total mess and those shelves would go along way to helping organise his life lol. We proceeded and came across exactly what I was looking for a sleek high top van with roof racks already in perfect for long lengths of wood or pipes. I jumped into the cab first smelled clean and all seats bd surfaces were cleaned and polished. Don’t know how long I’ll keep it that way but at least I can enjoy for a while. Now the main event the engine. This would make or break the deal, I turned the key and an amazing Diesal engine started purring at me. I was in love…I asked the guy to open bonnet he did clean as a whistle. Now for the price..I was expecting too too dollar but to be honest it was very reasonable for a well maintained van. The offices where nice and comfortable I was offer tea and just genuinely enjoyed the experience. After a little negotiation and signing of paperwork I was the proud owner of my next dream van. Would have to be I’m now broke and the van has to make me my money back. Of which I have no doubt. Great van great premises great customer service definitely on to visit I told them I would give them good review and that’s the truth
