From the moment I walked through the doors, the whole team at Motorbikes 4 All went above and beyond to make sure everything was spot on. Scott Warick, Mr V, Ray, and the rest of the crew were absolute legends patient, friendly, and genuinely passionate about what they do.

They didn’t just help me buy a bike they helped me find the right one. They took the time to listen, understand what I was after, and made sure the deal worked best for me and my needs. It never once felt rushed or pressured it felt like they truly cared about getting me on the perfect machine.

What really blew me away was how helpful they were even after the deal was done. They went out of their way to help me transfer over all of Nell’s gadgets and gear from my old bike to my new one making sure everything was fitted right, working properly, and ready to ride. That kind of service is rare these days, and it shows how much pride they take in looking after their customers.

Great prices and good customer service

Purchased new Benelli TRK 702 for my wife, got good p/ex deal and new bike delivered on time. Short test ride to ensure it was all good before my wife rode it and I noticed an oil leak. Called the shop they picked bike up next day for inspection. The following day the shop called and said ‘3’ of their technicians had looked at it and it was just chain lube in the sump guard and all over the left side of rear tyre? I queried this, having owned over 60 bikes in my life and working on most I could not see how this was ‘chain lube’? I actually said it looks like a leak from the gear selector but didn’t want to put any spanner’s to it because of the warranty.
They assured and promised me the bike was A1. I pushed them on this reminding them this was my wife’s bike. Anyway very promptly had the bike back again. Got to say transport guys are A1. Took bike for another test ride before handing key to my missus. Got back and yes, oil in the sump guard and a good coating over rear tyre. Called shop and informed them I don’t want the bike, our confidence had gone. They picked the bike up again and found the seal on the output shaft was damaged and leaking the oil. The shop offered me a few sweeteners to keep the bike once fixed. However our minds were made up. They had a chance to fix it first time but in I guess in their haste gave us back a dangerous bike. If I had come off due to the oil leak I would have probably been blamed, the oil leak would have been down to the spill! They gave me almost all my money back, insisted I also have my part ex bike back, which I was more than happy with because it was and is a good bike. They retained £140 for the use I had, had, of the new bike, which incidentally is against my consumer rights (2015). At this point I was fed up with the whole saga so have decided not to report to trading standard’s. I rarely do reviews but after a few weeks of letting it sink in I am quite annoyed, mainly at the fact 3 so called technicians had not spotted this leak and gave us back a bike which could have gone very wrong. One of the sweeteners to keep the bike was some free services. My retort was I wouldn’t let any of their workshop near any of my bikes!

I visited this dealership for the first time to look at a Triumph Trophy and couldn't believe how many bikes are packed into the warehouse, a .15 feeler gauge would just fit between each bike, however it was no bother to the staff who were more than happy to move stock around and get bikes out for me to view. After a couple of bikes viewed I chose one for test ride, paid the test ride fee and off I went for a decent ride. They even put it through an MOT while I waited. Test ride over and after a bit of haggling a price was agreed for my 1700 T-Bird and the deal was done. Cant fault the staff (Leo in my case) who are friendly and helpful and will go to any lengths to help you. They are moving to a much larger premises soon, so hopefully there will be enough space to view bikes without having to move stock around and risk damage. Overall, Im happy with this dealership and would buy another bike from them.

Brilliant company from start too finish! Massive shout out too Olly who delivered the bike. Took loads of time too talk to my dad who recently suffered a stroke so purchased a bike from motorbikes 4 all too learn to ride again and Olly went above and beyond with him helping him with all sorts and making him feel comfortable. Excellent Company to deal with fast and efficient response. Sold my motorbike on Friday and given a good price. Collection arranged following Monday. Driver Olly made collection, very friendly and efficient, called in advance to say on his way and gave a time for collection. Arrived at time he said he would. Handled bike with extreme care loading onto van. Secured bike securely with several straps to ensure safe travel. Highly recommend dealing with this Company.

Fantastic experience from start to finish!
First made a call about my new bike and spoke to Leo the salesman who was nothing but extremely helpful. Said it would be a good idea to place a deposit but wasn’t pushy with it. I called up a couple of days later and placed a holding deposit until I could go and see the bike with my wife.
Once we got there he said hello and told me where abouts the bike was and wasn’t sat on my shoulder, gave me the time to look the bike over without a shadow. He got a mechanic to start the bike as the battery was flat ( fitted a new battery ) the bike was super and so were the team. Deal done!
Delivery was arranged and I was not home. Olly delivered the bike a few days later where I had someone waiting at home for the delivery. He called to give me a 1 hour window which was useful and on arrival was very friendly and professional. I couldn’t personally ask for a better experience.

Mixed bag with this place depending who you deal with. Purchased a bike from them last year and the salesman was great and I had no issues. This year dealt with Doug and Scott who were professional and polite working g very hard to get me the deal I was after. Adam Leo and the others out back were amazing working hard to fix the bike up and make adjustments. The deal was then ruined by Ben the salesman who tried to take over and came in like a bull in a China shop using bullying tactics to hurry me into a deal even though I hadn't decided between cash or finance yet, and became rude and argumentative when I refused to budge and asked him to wait til I came in at the weekend to check it over (lucky I did as thr bike wasn't right yet) so he put me right off buying from them after that. Quite aggressive when not getting his own way and ruining all interest in the bike really. No issues last year but Ben (manager) didnt stick his nose in then. Also heard him taking his anger out on the staff who were working hard selling 2 bikes that day to me and my accosiates in one day (well done Doug) working hard against the tide of Ben. So not sure if I can recommend or not. Last year was super fast delivery all professional and amazing staff so if you judge it like that thrj its a good place to go.
