Jim was very helpful and knowledgeable about what I needed for my campervan. Also a bespoke length of cable was done with sockets and RCD.
I have not used yet, so can't comment on cable usage.

I needed the cable to be dismantled on one side, and they kindly called and asked which side I wanted disconnected, and discussed the use for the cable which was quite unique for my case.
Delivery was speedy and packaging was spot on!
I can only recommend them, and will repeat purchasing for them if I ever need to.
Jim was very helpful and I was able to easily return the product I had ordered by mistake for a full refund.

Originally bought online and it said in stock 5 hours later I received an email to say it was out of stock!
I asked for my money back and then got a reply to say it was actually in stock, I asked for a refund again only for another email to be sent to me to say it was in transit, i again said i wanted my money back and this time got PayPal involved.!
On the 18th of March a refund still hadn’t been issued so I chased it up with PayPal, money returned on the 20th March!
Originally purchased 7th March.!
Refund date 20th March.!
I wouldn’t have written this if the refund was as prompt as it went out of my PayPal account!

Your order was indeed in stock, and we’re unsure why you received an email stating otherwise. As soon as you requested a refund, we acted quickly to intercept the shipment and process your refund. Since our PayPal balance was empty at the time, the refund was issued via PayPal eCheck, which unfortunately takes a few days to clear—something beyond our control.
We understand that waiting for a refund can be frustrating, and we genuinely regret any inconvenience caused. However, we did everything possible to resolve the issue promptly once you requested a refund. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to improve our processes to avoid such situations in the future.
Dismal customer service, well none existent really. I got the wrong product and despite numerous emails and phone calls, one has ever replied or answered. Just can’t get in touch.

I have checked and no email messages were received by us and you didnt use the return an item option from within your account to tell us there was a problem. Also no messages were left on our voicemail. As a small company, we are sometimes too busy to get to the phone each time it rings. I appreciate that this may have been frustrating for you but we do offer options on our website to send us messages. I am sorry we failed to provide you with acceptable service on this occasion.
