Kvalitetsproblem och bristande ansvar vid bilreparation

Jag lämnade in min bil för reparation efter en krockskada, på försäkringsbolagets rekommendation. Det visade sig vara ett stort misstag. Reparationen var undermålig och resulterade i flera återbesök på grund av en feljusterad dörr, lös skruv i bakvagnen och osäkrade kablar, bland annat. Det verkar saknas kvalitetskontroll, och verkstaden tog inte problemen på allvar – istället avfärdades mina klagomål. Dessutom vägrade de ersätta de skador deras slarv orsakat, som exempelvis mina nya däck som blev helt utslitna på kort tid. Detta är första och sista gången jag anlitar denna verkstad, och upplevelsen har även skadat mitt förtroende för Volkswagen. Jag kan inte rekommendera denna verkstad
