I received a jacket made with fake synthetic material instead of “shearling” like advertised. The quality is poor and does not match the product description. Despite having a stated 10-day return policy, the seller ignored my return request even though I contacted them within the return window. The seller is unwilling to accept returns or resolve the issue. I do not recommend this website. Please do not waste your money and go somewhere else.

Never got receipt or order confirmation no answer on phone . until i contacted credit card .
Then i got receipt with no financial info on it at all. Promised shipping info soon. Never came . Called credit card again to create dispute BOOM i get shipping notice from saudi arabia. But it was a shipping order created. No actual shipping was happening.
Then it finally arrives the button hole and button on the blazer dont lind up. Theres white edges where the leather is cut and the lining doesnt fit the or lie flat
They offer to “let md keep it” for 1/2 refund i said no they said they would tefund but ive not seen any money yet. Created s dispute for third time with card co. Just a wreck. I think they sell second quality merch and drag their butts so youll give up trying to get money back.
