Fast efficient and economic service
What can I say? Broke my clutch lever on Sunday, ordered a replacement on Sunday evening, dispatched on Monday, delivered lunchtime Tuesday, fitted Tuesday evening, riding Wednesday morning. Excellent!! The replacement part advertised matched the Motoguzzi part number moulded in the original lever. Excellent value. I now seem to be the mechanic on 4 bikes in the family, so will go to Motorcycle Products first every time. Thanks!

I ordered a pair of fork seals for my motorcycle, as mine had failed and my MOT was the following afternoon.
I asked that if possible they could be sent first class and that day, to give them the best chance of arrival via royal mail.
They did exactly this, and we're kind enough to email me at each stage, even after business hours.
Such customer service is unheard of these days.

What makes a good parts supplier great is how they respond when there is a problem. I have bought a lot of parts from Motorcycle Products and on the rare occasion that a problem has arisen they have always gone out of their way to “put it right”. They are a pleasure to deal with and their prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended

Although I have used this company in the past, it was a very straight forward purchase. Last week before I made another purchase, I messaged 'Motorcycle Products' a question regarding the quality of his piston kits for my fifty year old Suzuki A50. Arnie, immediately emailed me with a very reassuring answer. I purchased the kit. Now, having limited knowledge of some of these old piston kits, Arnie again made every effort to update me with information regarding the fitting of the piston rings! Without his efforts I would have been struggling to fit them easily! Thank you! A quality product with excellent friendly service! What more could you ask for!
