To any one who has waited for a pick up and not had a call or turned up it as because motor dough is no longer in business

Spent ages talking with Tony, sending all the relevant info and agreed a price. Agreed collection, waited all day and they didn’t turn up, no communication whatsoever and not answering the phone! Total waste of time! Avoid at all costs. Other reviews must be made up

Luke came to see our car and give it a once over. Very thorough, honest with us with his opinion and on what he found, and very approachable bloke. Explained the process in detail, and made it all a breeze. Got a price for our car that we were happy with. Happy with the service provided by this company.

Tony’s customer service throughout the whole thing was excellent, he was very thorough and explained the process to me very well. Luke, who collected the car was also very informative and polite and the whole experience of selling the car was very positive.

Spoke with Jamie regarding the sale of my MINI Countryman. Having never sold a vehicle before, I was a little apprehensive as to how easy the process would be. Jamie was very helpful and very thorough. The process couldn’t have been simpler. After an initial phone call that was followed up by a list of the required documents and photographs which were able to be sent over via WhatsApp my car was collected the following day by Andy, who was very professional and personable, and called a couple of hours prior to his arrival and arrived at the time he said he would. Would definitely recommend these service. Excellent communication.

Really happy with the customer service of Luke (company driver). Did all the required checks and explained what he was looking for, looking at and what was found. The particular fault that appeared on the OBD scan on my car was explained to me by Luke and what the implications of the fault could potentially be. Really friendly and was efficient in the checks and didn't prolong the process.
Luke even went out of his way to drop me back at work after I'd sold my car to motordough.

Spoke with Sam who was great by the way, sent photos and a short video this confirmed my original offer. I was told Dean would be there the next day giving me an hour's notice when arriving which he did.
Dean then checked over the car spoke with the office and the original offer was agreed, Sam phoned me and the money was in my account 5 minutes later, just with holding £250 because I had a private plate on and the V5 hasn't arrived yet. I send the V5 in and I will be paid the final £250, couldn't praise the service highly enough both Sam and Dean made it a great experience.
