What a positive and enjoyable experience we had from Motorfinity when buying our new car. Patrick was very friendly and helpful in the early stages, giving us all the information we needed to complete our purchase with confidence and without any worries.
We discussed the possibility of doing a part exchange with Amy, but decided to sell our old car locally.
Fiona dealt with the payment and delivery of the car, and kept us updated when delivery was delayed by a few days because there was a dent which had to be repaired before the car could be delivered. She also sent us a link to the Changan dealership to help with any queries, and left her phone number in case we need further assistance.
We were informed the night before that it would be between 7.30 and 8am the following day. It arrived at 7.30 as promised, and Craig was very thorough and inspected the car before he left to ensure that I hadn’t missed any damage.

I was initially sceptical about what Motorfinity could do for me with a discount. But I was wrong. They found me the car I wanted with over a £4k discount to anything I looked at in dealers, and they offered me more for my trade in. I was and am amazed. The process has been really smooth and kept up to date regularly. Which was good for being anxious that it was too good to be true. Olivia, Kit and Fiona are all brilliant, available and got back to me always. I had a slight problem on delivery but this was sorted with the dealer the same day.

As a school teacher, I really don't know why I hadn't used Motorfinity before, but now I have, and will have no hesitation in doing so again. Initially I spoke to Luke identifying what vehicle I was looking to purchase. He subsequently came back to me with a great deal and also got me a great part exchange on my current vehicle, both prices were better than what I’d been offered at dealerships I had visited.
Lucy then took over and arranged payment and delivery of my new vehicle, also collection of the current vehicle.
