I waited a month to get my helmet

I waited a month to get my helmet, the website stated if the helmet was to big they could send extra padding. My helmet was to big, I contacted them to see about exchanging for an xs vs s,there 1st response was for me to tighten the strap.I told them it's not safe to wear with so much wiggle room. Then they said I could get extra padding for $15 no fee was mentioned on the website,I could pay $80 keep the sm helmet & they'd send an xs as well or I could return it pay shipping as well as a restocking fee. I opted to pay the $80 to have the xs sent as well as keep the small. 1 1/2 wks later I received an email stating they don't have an xs at which time I told them I guess I'll have to pay the $15 for the extra padding. Almost 3 months now and I finally received the extra padding which is a size large even though I'm trying to make a small smaller. So now I have a $200 paper weight and no safe helmet. No I wouldn't buy anything from them again, even if it were free it wouldn't be worth it.
