I was offered more for my car than other places. Double what WBAC offered! When they arrived I was paid the money quoted straight way - I was expecting them to knock the price down but they didn't.

What an amazing experience. I got an online quote. Accepted and called to book a collection of my sons old car. The lady on the end of the phone was friendly polite and very helpful. Everything was sorted within ten minutes. As promised the guy called tk give me an arrival time. He was early . Took pics of car. I signed. Money was immediately transferred and in my account within minutes. Car loaded and taken away no hiccups. No problems the guy friendly and helpful too. They do exactly what they say they will do. I recently bought the complete front off a Toyota Yaris 2018 and the driver door from motorgreen in Nottingham. David Vavan was extremely helpful and had a professional approach. The employee of Motorgreen who took off the parts was a decent individual he went out of his way to ensure nothing got damaged even the clips. Really appreciate the effort and would like to thank David and the employee as i dont know his name. I will definitely go back to Motorgreen in the future if i require any parts.
Brilliant service
I got a quote via scrapyourcaronline which was better than all the other scrap sites so I accepted it. Motorgreen got in touch to arrange a time to come and collect the car a few days later. They arrived a bit earlier than the time they gave me, sorted it all in no time and issued me a prepaid card with my payment on it. I phoned up the card company for the PIN as per their instructions and then went to a cash machine and withdrew the money.
They were professional, courteous and helpful every step of the process - great customer service.
I will definitely use them again.
