Bestellt am Wochenende (Shell Synthetic Öl für mein Motorrad) - geliefert wurde am Mittwoch darauf. Zwischendurch wurde ich lückenlos über den Lieferungsverlauf informiert. Ich bin total zufrieden, Preis für das Öl und auch für den Versand war ok.
Deshalb 5 Punkte von mir.
Unzuverlässige Lieferung. Habe am Wochenende bestellt und die Aufpreispflichtige "prio Versand" Methode gewählt - angeblich wird die eigene Bestellung dann bevorzugt bearbeitet.
Montag keine Info, Dienstag Mittag dann angerufen - "hätte Mo rausgehen sollen hmm also Donnerstag wird sich nicht ausgehen" - hab Bestellung dann storniert.
Auf der Website wird mit einem "Chat" geworben, der Button scheint aber fake zu sein.

Ich habe leider bei "MotoroelDirekt.com" am 02.April Motorenöl und einen Filter bestellt. Die angegebene Lieferzeit war 2-3 Tage. Nun 3 Wochen später habe ich noch immer keine Lieferung! Ich habe bereits 2-mal per E-Mail angemahnt und versucht anzurufen. Es antwortet keiner und es geht keiner ans Telefon! Die Mailbox kann nicht besprochen werden, weil diese voll ist. Bezahlt habe ich per PayPal. Ich hoffe ich bekomme von PayPal mein Geld zurück! Ich kann euch nur Raten, macht einen großen Bogen um diese extrem unseriöse Firma!
