Collected our new car, and was very pleased with the service. The hangover was very smooth, the salesman handling the paperwork was very warm and welcoming. Would definitely recommend and come back in a couple of years.

AWFUL! they took my car and gave me a faulty car and repeatedly failed to fix it. After 2 months i tried to reject at which point they ghosted me. Head office did the same. Bullies! They are also not registered with Motor ombudsman so if you find yourself in same trouble you have no legal recourse. I now have no car while still paying for it while they ignore me.

Reponse- Resolution i am happy with is not quite the term! You did as little as possible and caused me ALOT of trouble. Had no car for weeks because of you. I still recommend nit going motorpoint. Customer service is easy when all goes well. When it goes wrong is the true test. You failed! Bullied me, resolved the issue as slowly and with as little accountabilty as possible. Made my life hell for 2 months. Luckily i went to a reputable dealership and am now in dream car. Did not make car buying easy, did not provide good care after i bought car! Disgraceful. Also to this day after 3 formal complaints i have never received a call, an apology or acknowledgement from Motorpoint about what happened which indicates they don’t really care about customers at all.

The biggest selling point for me was when I walked into the showroom I wasnt mobbed or harrast. I was greeted then left to walk around at my own pace which was perfect. Victoria Miller was brilliant not only did she have the answer to my questions but she was also honest it really felt like she was trying to help not just make a sale. The customer at the time and since has been second to none. On a whole I would definitely recommend motorpoint Coventry to anyone

I really enjoyed that I was able to view the cars without any sales pitch. Test driving was straight forward and again no pressure to purchase.
Once I decided on a vehicle, I was taken through options carefully and at a pace that suited me. Excellent manners and staff listened and managed points I raised effectively.

A new customer to Motorpoint. Needed a small reliable car to replace a really old car (so needed something I could get used to easily). Found a Fiat 500 - low mileage, fairly new, good condition.
Matt the sales person was there if we needed questions answering and explained the process, but kept a distant while we looked around and no ‘hard sell’.
Information, paperwork, process - all very straightforward and professional.
Very pleased with my new car - easy to drive and enjoying modern features :-)
(As my old car was over 20 years old!)

After deciding which car I wanted on line, I called Coventry branch to arrange to test drive and get more details. I spoke with Matthew who told me more details about the car over the phone, and arranged a same day appointment. I was greeted on arrival, and offered a cup of tea. Matthew had the car washed and all ready for me. After test driving I wanted to buy the car. Matthew had already told me what paperwork to bring. We worked out the figures on my part exchange and agreed an amount in my budget. Matthew was not a pushy salesman but gave me good advice facts and figures. In fact Mororpoint overall were never pushy salesmen, but offered advice and were helpful and friendly. (Unlike other car dealers who just want your money!) I drove away with my car the same day, the process was quick and easy, and I am delighted with my new car. I would definitely recommend Motorpoint if you’re looking to buy a car.
