Excellent sales service with knowledgeable staff. Great price given for exchange. They didn’t have the vehicle I wanted in store but ordered from another centre and it arrived really quickly. Would definitely return and recommend to family and friends

Saturday 22nd August.....I travelled up from London to meet my Dad who had travelled down from Durham to look at and test drive a Jaecoo 7 Luxury at Motorpoint Leeds.

My Dad arrived a little before me and when I arrived he was already in the showroom looking at the car in question, so I joined him and was making sure it is exactly what he wanted.

Alex L was our sales assistant, he prepped the car with trade plates ready for test drive and pulled it out the showroom ready for my Dad to have a go.

We took it out for a good half an hour and my Dad really enjoyed it and decided if the deal was right he would buy it.

We got back to the showroom and Alex seen to us, he went through with Dad the deal he had been offered with his car as part-exchange, He took all the history, photographed it, took it for a test drive, went and plugged it in and came back and said it was perfect (it would be as there's always been no expense spared when it comes to the maintenance of his cars with my Dad). When he came back he said yes, it's exactly what you've said it is and it's immaculate, if you're happy? My dad was.......so he went ahead and purchased the Jaecoo 7 there and then.

What an absolutely lovely, professional young guy Alex is...... courteous, friendly, attentive and helpful. This is how car sales staff should be, and he should be highly commended for this!

I am due to be changing my car in the near future (for a Jaecoo 7) and will be visiting Alex and Motorpoint Leeds to purchase!

Salesman Simon Hudson in Leeds was the man who steered us through the process, from test driving a similar car to selecting our vehicle, organising its transfer to Leeds & finally purchasing it. I have already left a favorable review for this company when looking for a vehicle. I have now collected the vehicle that Arif found at another branch after listening to me explain what type I was looking for. Was a little apprehensive, as I had only seen pictures online. Did not need to be; the vehicle was just as he explained. Could not fault the service from looking to collecting. Arif has lots of patience and understanding.

It was great service but we were given a car in red without fuel so we had to fill up urgently

Ajmal and Alex made me feel comfortable and at ease which is unusual when you're buying a car! Motorpoint Leeds had such a fantastic selection of cars too. I would go back for my next car purchase and would highly recommend!

The sale went through well, the car is great . The two sales people were very polite and friendly.

Rania was amazing and helped us enormously. She was patient, knowledgeable, and went over and above to help us. She made the experience easy and enjoyable.

Being able to leisurely browse the cars in stock, and then to test drive a few, meant we were able to choose the right car without feeling any pressure.

We recently bought a car from the new Leeds branch. Upon collection we noticed a scratch on the front. Motorpoint were very quick adressing the issue and had it sorted within 2 days. Great friendly staff and exellent follow up work by Alex L.

Very helpful and professional service. It's a big thing when getting a car and they went through all of the things Very carefully and put your mind at ease.

How easy it was to get approved for the car finance.

The young lady who dealt with our Purchase was particularly helpful and efficient.

It all went well but was hanging around 4 about 20 mins as car was still in the garage area and we were 1st appointment at 9am
