Overall experience was good. Although I viewed and picked up the car the same day I got a call from the service department saying that the car needed a service. I would have been ok delaying the collection and picking it up after the service was done. The collection of 1 year old cars were good.

Charlie was attentive throughout the whole process. I already had a car in mind that I had spotted at another Motorpoint branch and he explained clearly how the process of transportation worked. He kept in contact with myself during the time it took to transport the vehicle and let me know when it was available. During the buying process he supported with insurance, car tax and potential warranty deals. He is a really nice bloke and never once made it feel like my questions were ever too much.

From the moment I walked in I was impressed with the welcome, Chole Brown made me feel welcome.
Chole explained every step of the service very clearly, kept me updated as to what was going on. We even finished earlier than I expected.
Chole also made a follow up call the next day to find out if I was happy with the car, and to ask if there was any issues I found with the car.
