⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great experience at Motorpoint Manchester

I recently sold my car at the Manchester branch of Motorpoint and was really pleased with how easy the whole process was. Adam looked after me and was an absolute gentleman, really friendly and helpful throughout.

I got my quote online first, then booked an appointment to take the car in for inspection and handover. Everything was really straightforward.

There was a bit of waiting around while they checked the car over, but the reception area was lovely, warm and comfortable, and I had plenty of cups of tea while I waited!

The money was in my account the same day and the outstanding finance was settled shortly afterwards. Everything was taken care of with no fuss.

I’d definitely recommend Motorpoint Manchester if you’re looking for a hassle-free way to sell your car. Thanks again to Adam!

Purchased a Sportage recently. Kaylum was very obliging and was honest with the discrepancies on the vehicle , most of which was done to my satisfaction on handover.
My only real gripe is the stuff they painted on the tyre walls to make it look aesthetically pleasing has ruined 2 pr of my jeans as it’s still not dried yet and I’m at a loss finding a solution to get it removed? Part exchanging my car was seamless and they didn’t try to chip away the on line quote. This will be the third car I’ve sold to Motorpoint (all in showroom condition. Thank you

Adam at Motorpoint made our experience of buying a new car hassle free and uncomplicated. At no point did we feel under any pressure to complete the purchase and he explained all our options regarding extras very clearly so we knew exactly what we were paying for.

Kaylum Sharp From start to finish spoke and discussed our needs and requirements and invested time to ensure we found the car we were looking for. Sometimes things don’t go to plan and in our circumstance our previous contract with a premium marque is not what was agreed. This has created a separate claim and paused our dealings with motorpoint. Once we return we will only deal with Kaylum for his patience care transparency and rapport that he offered ourselves even if it meant parking a sale for now.
