Apologies that the service light has come on so near to your collection date. I can see on our records that the car has been serviced in April so we will need to reset the service light for you, I can see on the notes that you spoke to someone from store at the beginning of the month to advise you were going on holiday. Great no hassle sales team which I really appreciate. I was dealt with by Jake who offered all the usual extras, mats, protection etc but didn't hard sell or pressurize me. I was offered a decent price for my car with the minimum of fuss. The sales process was very straightforward and the handover/pickup was dealt with professionally by Vaughan. Would have been a 5 star review but not convinced the car had been valeted or cleaned properly. The body was dusty and the engine bay was full of old dried leaves from where it had been stored (not Widnes i think) and was dirty. Otherwise I love the car and the sales/pickup service and staff were 5 star.

I found motorpoint staff very helpful. Hassle free to look at the cars with no pushy sales push, but helping in any questions etc. Easy transfer of my car to the new one after a test drive. Only problem I found was the cars for sale didn't have any prices on them. They did in the past few years. I managed this information on the website though.
