Parts were damaged due to incorrect dismantle
Had a little accident with my bike, therefore, some covers were scratched. Bike is 1,5 year old, so I wanted it back in original, spott-on shape. Therefore, I emailed with this company in front of the order to be sure the parts were undamaged and as new. They were, they said, so I ordered them.
When the package came, the parts had some little damages due to incorrect dismanteling I guess. 2 parts fitted together, and had the same damages, like a screwdriver was used to dismantle them. That was not what we spoke about.
Emailed them, and it was according to MTH no damage but marks of using the parts! My ass! The position of the damage is not were a user would make them. Therefore, I did everything to ensure it before I ordered.
Send the parts back (and got my money back), but this action costs me money (sending package back) and energy, a pity.
So be careful when you buy anything at MTH!
