Automation is great when it works!

Autonmatic 1lit with photos showing a clean car in excelent condition for it's year. When it arrive on a low loader it had bad dody damage with the passenge door needing replacement and five places of body damage. A friend in the motor trade said that the repairs would cost at lease a thousand pounds or more to fix. When Ispoke to the salesman, he said that he could fix therm for £100, If I paid. When asked if the cost was that small and the car was nearlt £5000 why had he not made the repairs himself. Surprises Surprises He did not answer. This was a rip off of the worst kind. I would not reccomend dealing with this company after my experience.

When I first read the reviews on Motor Select, I was very sceptical as to whether or not they were real or fake.
I can honestly tell you they are 100% real. Motor Select went above and beyond for me with my car lease. The car I chose had a three month lead time and Saif and the team kept in touch with me every step of the way up updating me. I’m going to be completely honest and there was an issue nothing to do with Motor Select but an issue with the BMW dealership which culminated in the car being a day late. I spoke to Motor Select on the day when I found out the car wasn’t coming and they immediately dealt with this issue on my behalf and had it resolved within a couple of hours.
As far as I’m concerned, this is fantastic customer service.
Mistakes can happen the way they are dealt with is what matters.
You could do a lot worse than dealing with Motor Select…

I dealt with Amaan and it started by bringing given in incorrect quote. It was always me who kept calling and writing to him to understand what best he could do and all I got was “ I will check with my Manager and call you back” it’s been a few days and there has been no phone call. During the last call he even forgot who I was and that he had been sent me a quote which was incorrect a years. In such a crowded leasing market I would have hoped him to be on the ball. Having worked in sales for last 20 years, I would have hoped that it’s best ora give to atleast call and set that we can’t help you on this occasion. I would find it difficult to trust these guys. Pathetic customer service.

A great experience for an indecisive customer, Motor select were incredibly patient, answered all my questions quickly and made sure I was getting the best deal.

Fabulous experience! Easiest possible way of finding the car I wanted. I had offers from several dealers, some sent an initial response and then failed to follow up, but Motor Select, who was also closest to me, could not have been more helpful. From initial enquiry to taking delivery of my brand new Audi took a week. So impressed with the service and overall experience.
