This company attempted to ship me and engine I didnt puchase with 90,000 kms more than the one I purchased
After waiting over a week for any sort of shipping confirmation of the engine I purchased- the sales person told me the Mint condition, A graded engine I purchased was 'Rusty" and they are shipping me another from a different supplier 2,000 miles away with 74,000kms and I should be happy because It has less kms than the one I actually purchased with 86,000kms - a much better engine he said. I asked him from where he got it and he told me the name which I Immediately called this new supplier and was informed it has 174,000. not 74,000 kms the salesman told me and naturally I refused to purchase that substitute.
Why would I buy an engine with far more miles than the one in my car|??
They begged me to give them a 3rd chance. I said No!
I have calls and emails daily from them promising a refund yet no refund and always a different person from call centres in india and I can barely understand them. They all say 'Don't worry"
Of course I am worried- I've been scammed!
