Very Pleasing outcome only four stars because as an older couple we found the procedures on the internet extremely difficult to manage.

I was pleased with the selling process
Not all communication was perfect but our concerns were all addressed
Price was good
Payment was quickly dealt with

The whole process was an easy no hassle experience,it is the second vehicle I have sold and would have no issues with using the platform again

It took two go's to sell car however I would recommend service. Word of caution the final outcome is totally dependant on the trade buyer not trying to chip you on price when they come to collect. The Web page is clunky hard to navigate the document approval is the same and it's difficult to get motorway on the phone . All said the service is to simply sell your car with the least effort for the best price so no complaints they sold it at short notice happy with price and collected from home

Pretty good but would have like a bit more but it’s a difficult market.

The whole process went very smoothly, emails describing the next step were clear and helpful . (although there were a lot of them). Collection was quick and painless (no last minute negotiating) Money in my account and fee paid before car left. Would sell this way again.

Very easy process from start to finish. Any blemishes on the car were pointed out on original photos sent to motorway, and there were no issues collecting the car, I was paid the price promised immediately on collection.. Good communication from start to finish.
Highly recommend. Only slight issue was misunderstanding about sending log book to DVLA..I had emails suggesting that that was my responsibility..in fact motorway / the dealer ( i am assured ! ) deals with that.

Wow, what a superb service, I only wish I had thought of it. So easy to use, once you have the App, and I was hand held through the different stages of showing our vehicle in the very best condition. The price we received was nearly £1000 more than the webuyanycar offer and nearly £2000 more than our Mini dealer.

This was my first time using Motorway and I had a great experience! The app is super simple to use and uploading my car was an easy process. I was kept informed of the progress of the auction and the outcome in a timely manner. Motorway also offered a valuation that was over £1000 more than WeBuyAnyCar! My car sold for a little bit less than than the valuation but I was still happy with the price. It was simple enough to get in contact with the dealer who bought my car and the collection process was swift, the representative from the dealership scanned my QR code, inspected my car, thanked me for being honest on the Motorway profile which meant they didn't have to deduct the price upon collection. Great experience and I'd recommend Motorway to anyone wishing to sell their car in a quick and easy way!

Very smooth, quick and easy from start to finish

Had a much better offer than trade in with the big boys with what I considered my car to be in good condition with full service history and very low mileage, after the buyer checked the description of the car matched what I had submitted payment was immediate.

The whole process of uploading documentation and taking live pictures takes some time but once it's done, the rest is easy and convenient, it saves the hassle of dealing with private buyers. In summary-very satisfied!
