FRAUD

I ordered two items over 4 weeks ago. I was charged and did not receive any order confirmation on mail.
I contacted customer service a couple days later and they confirmed that they had received my order and would ship soon. I wrote again 2 days later requesting shipping confirmation and he apologised and promised shipping the following day. This is where communication ended.

I have emailed back several times, and wrote a brand new one too requesting money back.

No response, no item and no money. Straight up fraud.
