TOTAL SCAM, DO NOT BUY HERE!
I placed a very expensive order (SC Project CR-T exhaust for Yamaha R1, Order No. 2215066) worth $1,711 USD, and it’s been over 6 weeks and I have received absolutely nothing.
I’ve called multiple times and no one ever answers. I also sent more than 10 emails and never got a single reply. The lack of communication is total, and it feels like they are deliberately ignoring customers.
A serious company does not operate this way. This feels like a complete scam: they take your money, never ship the product, and provide zero explanation.
If you are thinking about buying from this site, DON’T DO IT. Save yourself the money and the frustration.

Item arrive after a month
Item arrive after a month. The person said at the beginning it would take at least 4 weeks which I was fine with it. After 4 weeks I sent a message asking about any news and the person had no idea about where the item was and when it will arrive.
Luckily arrived shortly after, but zero communication, zero knowledge about customer service.

The items I ordered never arrived and I am still waiting. When I ordered the items they showed as in stock at time of order now that has changed to on back order. When I attempted to make contact over the phone to get further assistance no one has answered.

Great parts and customer service
Website was very easy to navigate. Lots of hard to find go-fast parts for older Ducati’s. Great prices and fast shipping. Will definitely use MotoWheels in the future on my Ducati builds.

Took 3 calls to get someone.
I ordered 2 DID master links and waited 2 weeks before inquiring about the order. I left two messages several days apart and never received a response. I disputed the charge with my bank and decided to call a third time. A friendly woman answered and said they didn’t have the part and were looking for it. She refunded my order within a few days. Why are they selling parts they don’t even have? I should have read the reviews of MotoWheels before ordering. Not getting a response is apparently a common thing with them. Won’t be buying from them again. 2 stars seems generous, but they did give me my money back.

Bike was perfect

Ordered mirrors for my bike that the site said would fit my bike. It took 4 weeks to get the package. Just for the mirrors not to fit. No answer on phone line and no response to the now 4 emails ive sent. This company seems to be a sham. Still jave yet to hear back k about how to return and get a refund. Part came in and looked good
Part came in and looked good. Went to finally install it on my buddys bike this weekend and it leaks. It leaks bad at the hose nipple. Sucks but at least we had to original and it wasn't the cause of the leak. Tried saving money and got let down. Just buy an oem one.

Great tech support
I spoke with the owner last night in depth about a clutch issue on my Ducati 1098 and he was extremely helpful in helping me troubleshoot my problem. I didn’t even buy the clutch from him.
I found the receipt and just gave him a call.
I will definitely be using his shop in the future.
