A week on from my very wet Yorkshire 3 peaks challenge
Was a proper challenge and was very enjoyable ( even though it didn't stop raining and was foggy)
But it made it a great experience and the guide was terrific and made the journey up the mountains interesting and made the hours fly by was very knowledgeable of the mountains and of the Yorkshire landscape and he was a top bloke. I'd highly recommend this challenge and highly recommend you do it with mountaineering. Done both the Yorkshire and national 3 peaks this year with mountaineering and two great experiences.

In my mid seventies I wanted to climb Scafell Pike . Simon was the most thoughtful, considerate and supportive guide you could ever wish for. A wonderful person to be with.

Simon and Keith were both wonderful guides for our 9 edges hike. Friendly, encouraging and fun. Would recommend.

I recently took on the National 3 Peaks Challenge with Mountaineerin Ltd, and although a minor injury meant I couldn’t complete any of three summits, I still came away feeling incredibly supported, inspired, and grateful for the experience.
From the outset, our guide Kev was exceptional — calm, knowledgeable, and full of encouragement. His leadership kept spirits high and the group motivated, even during the tougher stretches. The logistics were seamless too, thanks to our brilliant drivers Ste and Mick, who navigated the long hauls between peaks with professionalism and good humour. Their timing and support made a huge difference to the overall experience.

When my injury flared up, James (another guide) was incredibly kind and reassuring. He made sure I felt included and looked after, even when I had to step back. That level of care and empathy really stood out and speaks volumes about the ethos of the Mountaineerin team.

Even though I didn’t complete the challenge, I left with a huge sense of achievement and admiration for the team who made it all possible. If you’re considering the 3 Peaks or any other adventure, I can’t recommend Mountaineerin Ltd highly enough. They’re the real deal — professional, passionate, and genuinely invested in your journey.

Great communication in the lead up, and a fantastic guide for the trip itself. Would definitely book with these guys again.

I went on the Mountaineerin National Three Peaks in 24 hours event and I cannot praise them enough for enabling me to have such a great experience, truly memorable. To coin a phrase, this wasn't their first rodeo.

They obviously know what is needed to successfully complete the challenge within the time, including the transport, all the logistics, best travel routes and required detours between hikes, mountain paths and expert advice and guidance. At all times I felt like I was in the best of hands to enable me to experience the challenge to its fullest.

If you are looking to undertake the challenge then I can I honestly say you wont find a better company to facilitate it that Mountaineerin.

An Unforgettable Three Peaks Experience

What an incredible experience! We took on the Three Peaks Challenge as a group of 10, and from the very beginning, our guide Simon and driver Darren were absolutely outstanding. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and quickly became part of our group, not just as staff but as fellow teammates.

Simon and Darren didn’t treat us like clients—they joked with us, encouraged us, and fully engaged with everyone. It truly felt like we formed a little community over the course of the trip.

As one of the slower members of the group and someone quite out of shape, I was concerned about holding others back. But Simon handled it brilliantly—he quietly supported those of us who needed extra time, all while keeping the group together and motivated without drawing attention to anyone struggling. Thanks to him, we climbed as a team and stayed united throughout.

Despite the delays caused by frequent breaks for those of us needing them, Simon never made us feel like a burden. He was patient, supportive, and always had a positive attitude, making the entire 4-day experience enjoyable and memorable for everyone.

They even accommodated all our stop requests without hesitation. Every detail was handled with care and consideration.

I can't recommend Simon and his team highly enough. If you're considering booking this challengedo it! You won’t regret it.

I have just come back after doing the 3 peaks challenge with Mountaineerin Ltd. Simon was our guide and was amazing! There was a few in the group who did struggle in some parts. Simon made sure everyone finished the challenge and that we all finished it together. His patience and humour got us all through it. Darren our driver was great too. 100% recommend

Group overall was a mix of abilities and experience, but they managed the group well to ensure everyone was ok, safe and enjoying the experience.

Wow !!! What an experience. One of the best things I have ever done in my
Life . So many emotions so many physical challenges so much mental strength needed . I wanted to do this so bad and I did it but I wholly believe the reason I completed it was because we were lucky enough to have Richard as our guide . That man is absolutely incredible and just the best at what he does . He knows what to say, how to say it and when to say it at just the right moment to push you through . He was our guide our mentor our councillor our mediator he was just fantastic and a real inspiration. If anyone is lucky enough to have Richard as their guide then you are in with the best chance possible doing what you have set out to do . Thankyou Richard from the bottom of my heart you r the best !! I would also like to thank them for such an easy booking transaction and then continued support answering all of our very many emails with questions and concerns . And a big shout out to Darren our driver , this man knows where he’s going and has so much knowledge and interesting information and facts along the way he made the travel all so much more bearable . I am giving mountaineerin and their fantastic team 5 stars and I can not recommend the 3 peaks challenge enough . Thanks guys

Just completed Everest Base Camp and Kilimanjaro expeditions with Mountaineerin Ltd. in quick succession. Enjoyed both very much. They were well planned and executed. The Directors, Simon and Pam are both exceptional. They keep you fully informed with all you need leading up to the departure. They look after you tremendously well during the trip. I would whole heartedly recommend Mountaineerin to anybody thinking about taking on such a challenge. You will not find a better or more caring provider.

There is absolutely no way i would've summitted with any of other company or anyone else, they made sure all 5 trekking members summitted and made the trip of a lifetime!

From start to finish the trip was organised and executed perfectly.

Firstly, the communication prior to the trip was exemplary meaning all trekkers were completely prepared leading up to the trip, we knew exactly the plan, what was happening and what we needed to do.

During the trip is where Simon and Pam come into their own, their mental, physical and professional support tailored to each individual client was unbelievable and I believe is the only reason everybody summitted.

Their constant monitoring, early intervention and decision making in relation to mindset, physical conditions and in emergency situations was perfect.

I will always recommend Mountaineerin Ltd having booked and completed 3 trips with them, i wouldn't book with anyone else, if you want to achieve your mountain goals these are the only guys you need!

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mountaineerin. I’ve just returned from a bespoke trip to the Lakes where they arranged accommodation, guides, routes, transport and everything was perfect.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them and I’m currently considering which trip to book next.

Awesome experience with Mountaineerin Ltd on the National 3 peaks over 3 days trek... Our mountain leader was Simon, who is a wonderful person. His friendly banter and high energy are contagious.
Simon shares interesting facts about the mountains, the route and some history, takes responsibility of the group members seriously and makes sure everyone is safe, is very watchful and looks out for every single group member.

Steven, who drove us was very cheerful, keeping our spirits high and was very helpful. Couldn't have done this challenge without them... Strongly recommend Mountaineerin Ltd for the three peaks challenge and am myself looking forward (and training!) to do more such treks with them.

Completed the 3 peaks last weekend, had a brilliant weekend! Was well informed in the lead up to the event, our driver Steve was great at getting us to the hotel and in between mountains and our leader, Dan was great at setting the pace to ensure it was achievable in under 24 hours. Dan worked really hard to support us and provide encouragement and we had a fantastic experience. Thank you!

I had an amazing experience with Mountaineerin the weekend of 30.8.24! We completed the NP3 within 24 hours! The event was exceptionally well-organized. The group was great, and the overall experience was fantastic. The mountains were breathtaking, and our mountain leader, Dan, provided excellent encouragement throughout the weekend. The pace on the mountain was just right, making it enjoyable for everyone. I would definitely recommend Mountaineerin to anyone looking for a top-notch adventure!
