I’ve had cheaper jeans last significantly longer.

I bought a pair of jeans from Mountain Khakis because they promote durability and rugged, long-lasting clothing. That’s not what I experienced.

After about 14 months of normal wear, the seat ripped—one of the most common stress points and something you’d expect a “durable” brand to reinforce. This wasn’t from abuse, just everyday use.

I contacted customer service and was told the jeans were outside their 1-year warranty, so nothing could be done. That response is disappointing given how heavily they market quality and longevity.

A product failing this quickly—and just outside the warranty window—doesn’t match the brand’s claims. Even more frustrating is the lack of flexibility or goodwill support.

If durability is the reason you’re considering this brand, I’d think twice.

Over the last couple of years

Over the last couple of years, the length of MK shirts has shortened considerably. I get that untucked is a style for many. But, shouldn’t MK disclose if a shirt is regular or untucked as to its fit? They haven’t and I have several ill fitting shirts as a result. Won’t be shopping there again.

Products Have Changed!!!

I have been shopping online here for almost 15 years. MK underwent a big overhaul a few years ago (did away with their very popular blue jean, etc) but yet did not change the name of their old products with new ones. You do not know if what you ordered in the past is what you are ordering now. Ordered 2 pairs of their shorts (already have two of the same from prior purchases ) and these shorts are like a skirt. The leg openings are huge! you would need footbal player legs to have them look right. These were for a Christmas present yet bought when they were running a summer sale in late September. No help from CS. Will not be using this company in the future. I have quite a lot of 'points' in my account but just not worth taking a chance on ordering and getting what you think you are.
Also ordered a Henley for myself in the same size as the 2 that I have and it is TIGHT! Frustrated
