Our experience was fantastic with Mountain People, Fiachra and all suppliers on and off the mountain. A big trip for us financially so it was super important that we had the best opportunity for it to all go well. Fiachra gave me lots of confidence with the detail he provided and great communications on the lead up. He even called me and discussed detail - love that. The transfers were seamless, the hotel perfect and all the in between just worked. Having the trip all packaged up took the pain points out and allowed me and my adult kids to have a wonderful holiday. Highly recommend and a big thanks you to Fiachra!

I found all my communications with the travel company Mountain People, specifically my dealings was with Fiachra who gave me the peace of mind as he is professional and personable. Importantly too, I found his sincerity and the follow through with regard to our ideas and many discussions confirming our hotel, round trip airport transfers, ski passes and guide/instructor and New Year's Eve gala celebration reservations for my family of seven. He made our ski holiday seamless and blissful!

Fiachra was helpful, informative and knowledgeable from our very first phone call. He asked enough questions to understand what our family was hoping for in a ski getaway and put together what felt like the perfect package for us. We ran into difficulties due to flight cancellations and he even sorted out problems we had with connecting car transfers.
Cannot recommend his team enough.

Mountain People made my holiday! I was travelling solo with my kids to go skiing (an activity I hadn’t done in 14 years!). Mountain People sorted everything, from recommending the perfect resort to stay in, transfers, accommodation, ski hire, passes and the most wonderful instructor to get all of us (different ages and abilities) up and running on skis. We had a fabulous holiday with everyone enjoying it despite the incessant sibling rivalry ! Thank you!

We had a fantastic holiday! Lack of snow in Morzine meant we had to ski Avoriaz but this transition was made easy & kids still got their lessons etc! Thank you.
Staff at our chalet were really lovely, food great & all very relaxed.
Hopefully we’ll ski again next year but aim for somewhere higher to ensure snow but not too long a transfer as not great travellers.

Fiachra & the team at Mountain People have access to a great array of options for a bespoke ski trip. A great feature is that packages are not tied to specific days of arrival/departure. They have a lot of knowledge of resorts & accommodation options that you might not find on your own. Communication leading up to the trip was very good & everything went smoothly.

Excellent service. As it was our first time skiing as a family, I was apprehensive about what to expect. However, from my first call to The Mountain people, I was put at ease immediately. Fiachra guided us through everything from restaurants to clothing to ski lessons. His attention to detail was hugely impressive, which made our holiday even more enjoyable. It was the least organising I had to do for any holiday (my wife still thinks I’m amazing 😊). I highly recommend ‘The Mountain people’.

The experience I had with Mountain People and Fiachra was only positive. Emails were always quickly and clearly answered. We were able to successfully book a ski holiday to Avoriaz with accomodation, transfer, gear hire, and ski passes all included.

Fiachra arranged the ski lessons, the equipment rental and the lift passes. He provide me with piste map and a map of Val D'isere. He followed up by phone to ensure I knew where to collect the equipment and where to go for my lessons. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great ski trip.
