Very rude customer service

Very rude customer service. The end plugs of my Summit premium feel out in a car wash and I contacted asking for if they stocked replacement end plugs. Curt and dismissive accurately summarise the tone of the lady I spoke to. These are not cheap roof racks and overall I am not impressed.
