Not even a one star coz it won't let u start a review without clicking a star. Scammers!!! Your product would never arrived even after I complained for the first time and they promised a second shipment that never arrived either. Promised a refund but never did delivered. I ordered a carryon suitcase and it took 1 1/2 months for nothing. Communist chinese scammers, be very careful, they're rampant. Disregard any of those pop up video adds on Facebook because 90% of those are fake and mostly came from communist china.

Actually My Experience Is A -1 This Company And It's Shipper Is A Fraud. Never Ourchase From Thus Company NEVER EVER EVER.

Moune is a dropshipping company. What they do is show pictures of products taken from other websites and place a price on the product from the manufacturer usually China. Once the customer ( you ) pay then , in this case Moune, buys the item. The item is shipped to you. If the dropship company orders from a disreputable company then the buyer is stuck paying for substandard products or the item is never received. The dropship company never gives refunds and the customer has little to no recourse against a Chinese company. The best thing to do is avoid dropship companies like the plague!

SCAM!!!! I ordered a bathingsuit 7/23/22. I emailed them 8/22 on delivery status for a 2nd time. They replied same day, they claimed they had apparently already tried contacting me that the item was out of stock. They claimed they contacted their factory about restock info & offered me a replacement item, just click on the link provided. The link took me to their website where the same item showed available, same size. 9/4 I replied telling them the product was available on their website & I wanted the item shipped or I'd contact the Better Business Bureau. They replied next day that their website takes awhile to update, offered 10% discount refund, again use link for replacement item. 🤣🤣 I replied: if your website takes 2 months to update how can I possibly choose a replacement item, be assured it will be an in stock item? Their reply thanked me for my understanding, apologized for my inconvenience & offered me the link. Basically, TOTALLY ignored my question & concerns. 10/7 I requested a full refund check. They replied next day w: please choose a replacement item w the link; again. 10/17 I replied: I used your link & the original item is still listed as available on the site. I want to choose this as my replacement item as you assured me this link could be used to choose my replacement. They never replied. 10/19: I requested my refund check again. I haven't heard anything til 12/15: I get an email notification: "Thank you for subscribing to mounw. Click button below to view our products." SCAM.SCAM.SCAM.

Delivery never arrived.
They offer a discount on new purchase, but never refound me.
Dont buy anything on this site. It’s a fake to steal money.

If I could give a -100, I'd give it. Quality of products is more or less ok, it coordinates with the price, but the sizing... definitely out of any table. Got myself an XL and my niece, who is S couldn't fit into the swimsuit.
In addition to that they sent a part of the order claiming I never order anything else, when I provided a copy of the order it was a silence in response.
CS is not responding on time, always waiting for a week at least, write again and they may sent a response or may not.
Don't waste you time and money, don't buy from them.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Paid 78 dollars for 4 piece. Swimsuit top has no mack, color is way off, none of it looks like pics. When I requested my money back, they say I have to send to China and come was too much. Gave me 10^ off to buy new Swimsuit instead....why would I order anything else..

Would give 0 stars if possible. The return policy as listed online is false. And the garments do not fit anyone larger than a b-sized cup. Would steer clear.

This company is a scam. None of their products are to size. Two of my items were broken and defective. I have been emailing their customer service back and forth for days and they are offering me 10% back of my purchase price! It has been a huge hassle. Do not order from this company.

Mounw have to be the very worst website I have ever used. If this is how they treat paying customers then I shudder to think how the factory workers are treated. I have been waiting for a refund for almost three months now!!! I also think they are also trading under other names on Facebook such as Ordinarilyla

Products are cheap and WAY off sized. I doubt I’ll get my money back but a 3XL is still way too small and I typically wear a 12. It’s a scam.

They are a scam. Have lots of ads on Facebook. The company refuses any returns or exchanges. DONT DO IT!

If I could give a zero than I would. Scam. They will send part of your order to prolong the delays to avoid returns because you have pass the delays. Email responses are always not relevant to your question. They do not send instructions for returns and reimbursement because they want you to keep their cheap items. FRAUD ALERT all the way ! Shameful, please read reviews before ordering.

HORRIBLE FRUSTRATING CHEAP AND FAKE SCAM!!!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! I am currently in a two month back and forth trying to get my money back for an order I NEVER RECEIVED!!!! They will not respond to you when you email them. They are not a real company. They scammed me and kept my money. I am trying to get my money back with PayPal but it has been a very frustrating experience. This company is disgusting and unethical.

This company makes poorly made items. The material on the swimsuit was sheer and the seams were crooked. I attempted a return and they told me that it was a shipping problem and after initial persistence they offered a discount on future orders. After I insisted on a return they now won't respond at all.

Do not shop at Mounw. In a nutshell trying to return an item has been painful and highly unlikely to get my money back.

I purchased an item called "Reversible Tie-Shoulder One Piece Swimsuit" size M thinking it was a swimsuit based on all the photos of a swimsuit. The item arrives and it's a sarong. I sent an email to their customer support email. Followed up twice and messaged them on Facebook before they responded telling me they sent me the "right item". Then they wanted me to send them a picture of the packaging which I had thrown out. Then they asked me to take a picture of the item itself. Then no response from them. I followed up twice and the response I got was "Hello, your courier packaging bag was lost, and we could not prove that this was from our package" even though I sent them the order confirmation.

After a frustrating 2 weeks of chasing them for a response on a falsely advertised item, I am not confident they'll let me return the item. So please do not waste your money and effort on shopping from this brand.
