Boots are poorly made and sizing is wrong. Sent back boots for correct size . Were charged $15 for shipping and the same exact boots were sent back. We made a small mark in them. Were told to send them back again for another $15 we donated them. They are junk and customer service is awful.

I ordered the wrong size of boots accidentally. I emailed them to get return instructions twice. They sill haven’t replied 6 days later. This has been a horrible experience and I don’t recommend buying from them.

If I could give zero stars I would. The shoe broke upon putting it on. They sent me also the wrong color. Poor, cheap material the shoes are made from. Customer service has been unresponsive as I’ve been requesting for a refund for a month multiple times. A complete scam and fraud of a company. If they are trying to build a name for themselves, I recommend they do not and quit the attempt.

1 star — Item not as described, contradictory customer service, refused to cover return shipping

Ordered the "Comfort Leather Boots" from Movara (Movara Care) via a Facebook ad. Ordered my true size, size 11. Multiple problems from start to finish:

Product: Nothing like advertised. No arch support, no cushioning — despite both being explicitly listed as features. Cheaply made materials. Arrived in a plastic bag with no shoe box or protective packaging at all.

Sizing: The size 11 (my normal size) was way too small. I paid out of pocket to exchange for a size 12. Weeks later, the size 12 arrived — also too small. Sizing is completely inconsistent with actual shoe sizes.

Customer service: This is where it really fell apart. I was told via email there was "no need to return" my current pair for the refund. Days later, a different rep reversed that completely and demanded I ship the boots to their Indiana warehouse at my own expense before any refund would be processed. When I pointed out the contradiction, no real resolution was offered.

At every step — product quality, sizing accuracy, and customer service consistency — this company failed. I would not recommend buying from Movara/Movara Care, and I'm now pursuing this through my bank given the lack of resolution.

Three stars because I'm disappointed with most shoe companies because of the differences in size of shoes... I'm also disappointed in myself for continuing to order shoes online... That being said I ordered a pair of shoes from Movara that despite being the same size as 3 other pairs from different companies over the past 2 weeks... I could barely get them on... tried again in the morning and the same result. Yes I know I can return them, but life is too short for that. I gave then away to family with a smaller foot size. Why is it so hard to standardize shoes sizes?
