Early stages of a sales negotiation through to offer being accepted was well handled by Nelle Sackett. She was clear, happy to explain anything I was unsure about and diligent in chasing up the seller to ensure a quick move to accepting my offer. Her positive and friendly demeanour made a stressful situation a lot more bearable!
