Top-quality service. I reported a fault and within two hours the agency sent a plumber who fixed the issue. Really impressed and highly recommended.

I can't rate this company high enough. Working in conveyancing myself I know how stressful it can be. When we bought our new home I had never heard of Moveplus, but now really believe every house move should involve them! From the very beginning Aaliyah helped get things moving really quickly. She was so friendly and very efficient. As the purchase progressed we hit quite a few obstacles. We had Brad as our Sales Progressor and he was always there to help push things through. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He replied to my emails immediately and always called when he said he would, even calling late one Friday evening so as I wouldn't spend the weekend worrying. I did call him quite a lot, but never once was I made to feel a burden. I was kept updated at every stage. He was the perfect go between the two solicitors. He worked so hard to get us to the exchange point and without him I believe we would still be waiting. Thank you Brad and your colleagues for all your hard work.

This has been a very stresssful experience but Naomi Sharman has literally held our hand throughout. We have probably spoken to her nearly everyday for six months. During this time she has kept us updated, constantly putting our mind at ease. We couldn’t have done this without her.

I think it is true to say that exchange and completion would not have got across the line without Faye’s hard work, coordination and diplomatic cajoling!!! We are very grateful to Faye and Moveplus, and can’t thank them enough for keeping on the case and making it all happen.

Had excellent support and correspondence from Nelle throughout the process of getting our first offer secured. Everything was speedy, just at the end of the phone or email. As first time buyers, this has really supported us with this process. Would highly recommend.

Louise was brilliant and made a very stressful process easier. She chased all parties involved and kept me updated everyday; which really helped me. It is so important to know what is going on and without Louise the process would have been much more stressful.

Faye and jess where great.It took nearly 5 months of stress hassle and completely useless solicitors.These two though kept us sane !!! Constantly more or less daily updates whether good or bad or No information to pass on.So communication from both was great but FAYE was the main one dealing with the house sale and purchase both together.I couldn't praise her highly enough she was great and deserves every plaudite that comes her way.Will even miss talking with her as never come across any with such a greater level of service
