No mattress/ back support supplied for the carrycot, only a thin "liner"
When the carrycot/pram needs to lay flat for a newborn, there is no back support. The material is too thin all round and you can feel the frame through the thin layer, which no newborn should be expected to lie on. The pram will definitely need a mattress until its needed for a stroller and maybe even a surround padding to insulate the pram for walks. The carrycot transforms to a stroller and you have a separate carseat, thats 2 "attachments for the frame, not 3, its 3 functions

The stroller is exactly as shown in the product photos, and the design has been tested and certified according to EU safety standards for safety and comfort. The large majority of parents are very happy with the stroller and use it without any issues.
We do understand that parents can be very careful when it comes to their baby’s comfort. For that reason, some parents choose to add an extra small mattress or blanket for additional softness, which is completely optional and easy to do.
Regarding the 3 in 1 system: the stroller includes a carrycot for newborns, a stroller seat for when the child grows, and a separate car seat. These are three practical functions within one system.
We appreciate feedback, but it is important that information shared with other parents reflects the product accurately.
