A site with a personality for sure and run by an enthusiastic team: we only had one small glitch whilst using the site and this was dealt with within minutes. The quality of the properties on here is very good and the site is ridiculously easy to use. Well done team !
This company seems to suffer from extreme inefficiency and relative disorganisation. They failed to respond to my emails of particular personal concern: that, to my mind, is plain rude.
In the past I used their site on a regular basis and have often recommended it to others - whether seeking accommodation or offering accommodation - as being arguably the best. Sadly that is no longer the case - for some reason people do not any longer seem to be making use of this accommodation website.
I have had very disappointing results from them for several years now.

However we are happy to respond to this and to put this in context.
The day before you posted this review here, you raised a support request that we believe we dealt with effectively and very promptly. So we do not recognise your complaint on this front but we would be more than happy to look into this further for you.
We know you are aware from previous correspondence that because you are the owner of your house we require you to pay for your advert on MoveFlat.co.uk.
We feel that is fair because you are utilising the site to receive a (significant) income from your house every month and the cost of an ad on our site represents only a tiny fraction of that income.
You do after all expect your tenants to pay for their rooms and we think by the same token it reasonable that you should pay here too.
Regrettably it appears you have not paid us on a number of occasions over several years despite a clear and polite request to do so online each time you have placed an ad.
So finally and regrettably we have taken the view that we will require you to pay before putting your ad up online.
We are a little perplexed at your response: The very next day after being asked to pay you have denigrated retrospectively your free use of the site over several years but we are not aware that you have ever raised concerns previously. This puzzles us somewhat.
Nevertheless we are sorry that you feel this way and wish you the very best advertising your property on whatever portal you choose, both now and in the future.
