Our sale completion date was a moving feast but Move On were able to accommodate that where others could not. We used them for a full packing service, remove, put into storage and then return all to our new house nearly 3 months later. Their price package was higher than some other local firms but nowhere near as high as one nationwide firm. The crews used were great, very friendly and careful as were the office team. We used their storage facilities too. The only breakages from the pack/store/put back were 2 picture frame glass cracks which were spotted by them and sorted before being returned to us. Very happy to recommend to other potential customers.

From start to finish an excellent stress free experience.
Everyone bar none was professional, friendly, polite and a real credit to the company. Nothing was too much trouble.
Everything was removed from our old property, packed with care, then taken in the new property with the utmost care. Both properties were fully respected, with floor coverings and doorway protection put in place.
Would not hesitate in recommending to anyone thinking of moving.

Fantastic company, moved us up to the North West from Bristol. The whole team were lovely and managed the move expertly, they looked after our belongings and moved them in to the designated rooms in the new house. They really made the move stress free. I couldn't recommend them highly enough, would definitely use them again.

Poor planning led to damaged goods and a really stressful experience. Failed to pack three vans on the first day of the move as agreed. Despite us raising concerns on that first day and them acknowledging them, they did not catch up. As a result, we left over two hours after completion, with the buyers standing on our driveway waiting for us to leave and our goods being thrown into the van to alleviate the situation. This then led to us arriving at our new house at 10pm that evening and insufficient time for the team to unpack our belongings carefully in the allotted time.

Can’t praise them highly enough. The removals team were calm, efficient and went well beyond the call of duty in making our moving day a success. They also compared well on cost with alternatives we looked at. Would happily use them again and recommend to friends. Thank you!
