3 failed transmissions

3 failed transmissions, 3 weeks between replacements and they refuse to pay labor claims. All within 3 months. I supplied them with all paperwork, they sent me new/ defective transmissions, eachj with a different problem. They keep me on hold for 3 weeks, customer service says I'm covered but no check in the mail. Then when you call in they say 1 more form was needed and you only have 30 days, Sorry???????? Horrible company!!

Purchased a Moveras transmission from Autozone with misleading warranty.

Purchased a reman transmission from Autozone after seeing on Autozone's website that Moveras will warranty the transmission for 4 years and unlimited miles. The warranty on Autozone website also claims that Moveras will reimburse for labor, trans fluid, and auto rental. The newly installed transmission was installed by a certified GMC dealer and with a new trans cooler, as Moveras requested as part of the warranty on the Autozone website. The trans lasted 30 days. I filed for the warranty myself because Auto Zone doesn't provide that service, even tho they told me they would handle all of the warranty claims if there was an issue, basically lied to me. That store manager is no longer there. After I paid the labor, parts, and transmission fluid, I applied for the Labor Reimbursement Claim. Then, and only then did I find out that Moveras would reimburse the labor at the ALL-DATA rate (which is half the hours it takes to do the labor), and at a rate of no more than $50 per hour with a max payout of $500.00. The fluid will be covered at $20.00 max. Nowhere did I see any information about these stipulations Moveras placed on their labor warranty until I filed for the labor claim. Autozone does not have it, and Moveras has no information on its website. The consumer only has this information after, and only after they file the labor claim. "False Advertising" on both Autozone and Moveras' part! Moveras' rep stated to me that this stipulation is in the warranty pamphlet that was sent with the transmission, but I have NEVER seen, handled, or been around the transmission. I own a solar company, not a mechanics shop. So I have never had access to this so-called pamphlet. I only paid for the transmission. Autozone delivered the reman trans to the GMC dealer and collected the defective trans, both times. If there is a so-called warranty document, either Autozone or Moveras should have provided it to the customer before the purchase, not after. And provide it to the customer, not the mechanic or repair shop. In short, I'm out an additional $2212.78 in which Moveras reimbursed me $255.00 for my troubles. I'm seeking legal counsel now for the total incurred cost of the additional labor, parts, and transmission fluid. I'm also considering attaching Autozone for false advertising of the warranty expressed on their website and not the full warranty "with the stipulations", as well as the then-store manager misleading me to believe that Autozone would handle any warranty claim if one was needed. This ALL-DATA the rep mentioned is a joke as well. Where in the USA can you find a licensed and certified repair shop that will charge anyone just $250 dollars to remove and install a rebuilt transmission? Maybe in China or Mexico, but not here! And, where can you buy 13 quarts of Dexron VI for $20.00? Evidently, Moveras thinks this is the cost of this fluid.
Stay away from Moveras and visit your local repair shop for a better warranty.
