The agency’s representative, Ms. Ines Josef, has done an excellent job for the past two months in locating a career to transport my car. She was always very responsive and communicated with us on a constant basis either via calling or through email messaging!
However, I don’t like the idea of MoverJet Logistics’ policies are not to make aware to the customer, that the carrying company can always change their mind with respect to their promises and they would never pick up the car on time, for example, in my case, they promise to pick up at 6:30pm bust they showed up past after midnight, and put the customer in a very uncomfortable and annoying situations! Also, the MoverJet Logistics, never kept the promised transportation cost. In my case it jacked up two times prices compared to the original quoted price! This sort of harassment could be avoided by telling up front to the customer the real price for the carrying costs!

Moverjet was beyond accommodating with the cross-country transport of my vehicle. Available to answer all my calls and concerns and delivered my vehicle swiftly and efficiently. Would absolutely use their service in the future. ✅

Adam did a great job getting things ready. The process was smooth, and the car arrived in perfect condition. However, the pickup was scheduled for Monday but ended up happening two days early on Saturday, which caused some inconvenience. Overall, still a reliable service with good communication.

Very nervous about moving one of my vehicles as I’ve seen a lot of bad reviews about transport company’s, but Moverjet Logistics LLC made it super easy and connecting you with trust worthy companies to safely transport your vehicle. Shipped from Toledo, OH to Tucson, AZ and absolutely no issues. I dealt with Ines Joseph and she was great. Highly recommend.

The people, I dealt with, were great. Most of the times I had communications with Ines, and she did help a lot. I started with Mellick, and att least for my test question found him to be honest... and that is why i chose to go with this company...then Ines took over and i could not be more satisfied with honesty on these people's part...The duration of shipping/ communications experience was from Jan 14 to Jan 17...and follow-ups till Jan 29...all in all it was great....
