In my project we had the good fortune to have Raymond Rocks assigned; Raymond kept both the seller and the purchaser informed throughout, when a problem arose because of a driver issue, he owned it right away, and worked on a Sunday to have it resolved, and ensured the driver was there to pick up the bike on the Monday, and kept us informed all through as to his progress. I was not in a super hurry to ship my car and I told my agent, Gary, that I would wait a couple of days until he finds me the rate I was willing to pay. Two days after that he called me and said that he found a driver for the price I wanted and the car was delivered. The service was completed in just one day—yes, one day! I contacted Leo Alexander from Movewheels and explained my situation: other service providers had shown minimal effort, leaving me waiting for over a week with no response to relocate my three-wheel motorcycle from NC to SC. I would give a 0 if possible. After giving them my contact info I started getting like 6 calls a day from different companies. They were extremely rude and charged me without doing anything.

Positive -Leo had given all information upfront. Communiation was smooth and easy. All calls and messages were replied within 10 minutes. Car was delivered on time as promised. Price had fluctuation which was dependant on carrier but service was great. Like to work again in future.
