Ban this seller. I received a pirated Blu-ray disc. MKV files are copied inside the disc, and the photocopied labels are outside the disc and case.

Pirated MKVs not original blu ray movies
They advertise and list 4K blu ray movie titles and accordingly although cheaper than other places still sometimes on par with some titles on Amazon.com. They take quite some time in shipping and without adequate communication. Even if tickets are raised, they are deleted (mine happened 2 times). Sometimes communicated that stuck in customs. Decided to raise dispute with credit card company. Then they communicated that it has been since released by customs. I received after a month and found that these are not 4K Blu Ray movie titles but are pirated (compressed mkvs saved in blu ray discs) discs. Absolutely will not recommend this website. They are scammers.

3 3d dvd order ki 2190 ki, inhone ecart se 1 parcel bheja, Maine 2190 cod diye, dekha to andar sirf 1 blueray disc thi, jab ki 3 aani thi, in ko msz kiya to ans aaya ki , dusra parcel pahuchne wala hai, jis main dusri 2 dvd hain ,is ka koi payment nahi karna hai, lekin Sam ko 5 baje k aaspas ecard se roj 2 miss call aati 3,3 sec ki, fir msz aata ki aap ne response nhi kiya ,2 bar Aisa Kiya, fir 1 OTP aayi kal aayega bol k, lekin next day msz aaya ki order cancelled ho gaya hai,
Maine msz bhej k kaha Mera blance rs wapas kar do, to ye bole ki jab aap k pas parcel pahucha hi nahi to kon sa refund denge, or mujhe cancel parcel ki detail bhej di, and pahle parcel jis main 1 dvd nikli and 2190 liye us ka koi jikr nahi kiya,

I ordered a few blue-ray movies over the weekend for delivery in the UK. I agreed a price and paid. Then on the Monday I received an email asking for more then twice the shipping price agreed when placing the order.
On contacting them via chat, they state they have lots of experience shipping to the UK, so it is not clear why they can't put accurate shipping costs on their website.
I tried to cancel the order but then was told to submit a ticket to their system.
I don't trust this company.
