I ordered a sword back in April when they were having their promotion...the first 100 people to pay for shipping get a sword...I paid for shipping...never got my sword...I ordered game of thrones edgar Stark sword....I cold trailed them down after waiting over a month to have some guy say I don't see a transaction...well sir...my bank account says otherwise...he said my sword is on the way...would not give my confirmation or shipping information...I received it today...after waiting since may...its not a real sword its plastic and to top it off its it's not even from game of thrones...its a lord of the rings sword....I know because my husband collects real swords and we have the exact one...will be warning people all over Facebook and Instagram and anywhere I can about them ....BE WARE!!!!

Ordered 2 swords in late May. They turned up this morning (29th July). Cheap rubber replicas, already damaged in transit, not even worthy to take a picture of them. If this company begins to trade again under a different name, which I believe is happening, they should be called out and shut down. They are basically thieves and should be brought to task. Please watch out for similar posts linked to Game of Thrones actors instagram pages in the future, they are fake and not to be trusted. Anyone want a free rubber sword???

Ordered a replica ned start sword.
When I heard nothing emailed with no reply.
Put it down to a scam.
The sword arrived..... it's a rubber one from China. Really not worth the postage. Stay away from them.

leaving a 5 star so people know it will actually come. this is legit. i am not a bot and this actually came, i am beyond shocked to say the least. it did take a couple months, but it did come!

Total scam. Ordered a sword for free and paid a lot for postage. Don't answer emails (automated answer) and Instagram profile they refer you to doesn't exist. Very very very very very unhappy.

Ordered a got sword in April and its july and still no word sent email and was told to go yo a Instagram account that doesn't exist lost $20 to this scam

It seems everyone ordered the Game of Thrones sword and never received it, I ordered this in April 2020 and the site doesn't exist and how can I contact them fora refund, lost $20 smh.

Ordered a “replica Ned Stark sword” for my husband months ago! It was supposed to be for Father’s Day, but that has come & gone and still no sword! No one reply’s to my emails!!! This is pathetic!!! SCAMMMM!! I would call them out on IG-where I saw the ad for the “free sword” but they have commenting disabled!!!

They did a scam giveaway looking a delivery fee. Once you pay them they send an order confirmation but never follow up even when you message them.

KEEP AWAY!! Do not buy from this company. Ordered months ago, and site currently closed.
SCAM!

I am a buyer from China. I bought a scarf from this store a long time ago (probably in October 2019). It is still a Harry Potter-themed scarf.
I've been sending emails to them, but they haven't replied to me, until I recently sent another one, and they told me to contact their Instagram account, and today I went to Instagram and found there was no account.
As an overseas buyer, I want to know how to protect my rights?

Huge scam! Liars, con artists. Customer service is non existent. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I ordered 5 swords 20 days ago. I am trying to contact them through their email but they only tell me that they are overflowing with message that they send a DM to their Instagram ( do not exist).
Their website is still open, which I do not understand after the SCAM they are doing. I cannot claim the money because there is no contact whit them.

Ordered a GoT sword over a month ago replied to the confirmation email and they said they had too many emails and to message their instagram account.... There isn’t one anymore! SCAM

Wife ordered some plastic sword 8th May for our son and text said they will contact us when its shipped. No further contact from them!!!! The Item has not arrived and Wife has contacted them x3 times via their customer services email and not a single reply as we want a refund.
Will be contacting our credit card company to follow this up.

I ordered a sword from Movie deck just 2 days ago, but had to cancel my order. Although I didn’t receive an item from this company, I did ask a lot of people who did, and they all said that the swords were good quality and came within 20 business days. I had to cancel my order because when I messaged them about how long the delivery was going to take, it would have been longer than I would have liked (as this was a Birthday Present). They were very understanding and gave me a full refund the next day. From my experience I don’t think this company is a scam and they have great customer service. I hope this is helpful for someone who may have already bought a sword from them and is waiting for the arrival. :)

Scam. I’m so mad I feel for it. I have reported them over and over. And still see them post all over Instagram!! Get a real job !
