If this pertains to the freemoviehouse.com app, then I am here to inform everyone that it no longer is available. Last 3 days it will not load up and tried to go to website to log into account and that site is gone as well.
Horrible experience & customer service. The service for one, is slow. There are irrelevant & irritating lamps on the tables which are in the way of the picture & make it so you can't place your popcorn properly on the table either. There were three large splotches on the screen which ruined the experience & after a while we left & asked for a refund. They refused. They refused again in the mail correspondence with the boss. This is unacceptable & mind boggling to say the least. They acknowledge that there was a fault in the picture, but will not refund our money. They just lost two new customers & all the people they know over 300kr & are getting yet another bad review. Horrible experience & horrible management. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND!
