Shipping to Europe takes some time.......
On 1st october 2021 i have ordered a moviemask. Shipping was confirmed on the 7th october. Average shipping time is about 10 days but when i didn't receive my order on the 19th i informed about the status. They kindly requested me to wait another week but on the 31st still no moviemask. Since then i have send several mails and asked about the status. No reply. In my last mail i asked to rufund my money.....still no reply........
Update: on 5th november moviemask.io mailed me the gave me a refund of $ 20,- for the trouble and asked me to wait till 15th november because of trouble during the shipping proces which where not in their hands and they were sorry for the inconveniance. I have to wait another 10 days.
Update: finaly on 11th november my movimask arrived.
