Really not worth the price
Really not worth the price.
I tried them 3 times:
1st time: Wrong information of the receiver, despite many emails/messages to remind them. They help file dispute with FedEx to get the import paper right, and our client is still chasing for the documents... Stressful.
2nd time: Wrong pick up information. The communication was not clear. After that, the goods is stuck at import customs. Moviiu will not help you with extra declaration, they just forward info to FedEx. It costs you the same time and energy as if you will do it yourself.
3rd time: we paid since 10 days and still haven't received our packaging...
