Great company
Great company, fabulous mobility scooter. I have the Sport and cannot recommend it highly enough. Also, assembling and disassembling takes a bit of time, until you get used to it. After that though the world is your oyster. Thank you Moving Life for such a fantastic product, also for the very helpful team.

Disappointed with Atto phone holder
The phone holder I bought for my Atto was too small for my iPhone Max. The holder would’ve been stretched to breaking point had I used it. Unusually, it was also a fairly flimsy design - made entirely of rubber. I don’t think it represented very good value either. I have sent it back and await a refund.

The holder is designed to accommodate a wide range of smartphones, including larger models such as iPhone Pro Max and Samsung Ultra devices. While it can appear quite tight when first fitting a larger phone, this is intentional and helps ensure the phone remains securely in place during use.
The material used is a high-strength flexible rubber that is designed to stretch without breaking. Many customers appreciate the secure grip it provides, particularly when travelling over uneven surfaces.
We understand that the holder was not suitable for your needs, and we can confirm that we have received the returned item and have already processed your refund.

Excellent service from start to finish and the initial call back from Luke was friendly, professional and informative . A home demonstration was offered and booked in and there were no pushy sales talks, just encouragement for calling and empathy for my situation.
Drew was also friendly and professional and the demonstration was presented well and very informative and again there were no pushy sales talk. I was supported to complete a finance option plan and all after sales queries and customer service were covered.
This is a great product and I would highly recommend using this company for an honest and reliable service.

I had been looking for a mobility…
I had been looking for a mobility scooter for some time due to an accident I’d had, I was finding it difficult to come to terms with being reliant on one now following spinal surgery and going from running my own business to not being able to work again.
I seen the ATTO SPORT and liked the idea of how it folded away and you could pull it like a suite case, also one of the factors was your able to use it up to the airport gate and take it on your journey with you saving money on rental ones while away.
We went to see Mark at high Leigh garden center their Cheshire showroom and explained what I was looking at, he listened to my needs and allowed me to go around the garden center on the demo model to make sure it was right for me, once I was happy it wasn’t a rushed sale and away you go, Mark spent plenty of time making sure we knew how the scooter worked, how it folded away and how to use the accessories that came with the purchase, I would highly recommend Moving life and Mark at the Cheshire showroom, excellent service from start to finish, thank you for giving me my freedom and confidence back.

I found the gentleman that demonstrated the scooter was knowledgeable and informative. He was extremely helpful and allowed us to video him assembling the scooter. It is really easy to manoeuvre and I am very pleased with my purchase
