Wish I could give zero rating. Ordered trainers made my payment got a confirmation of my order and an order number then days later I get an email to say they refunded my payment as they’d basically oversold and have no idea of their stocks. Shoddy, disorganised excuse for a business! My recommendation is STAY CLEAR !!!!😡
Terrible experience and customer service!! Ordered shoes as a present for Father’s Day, arrived in the incorrect size, then took weeks for them to send UPS to collect. I was promised the new shoes would arrive, weeks passed again, multiple emails, no response, nothing came. I then received a refund in my account. No correspondence, no apology, I didn’t want the money, I wanted the shoes, they were a gift. For a ‘premium’ shoe shop, they definitely do not have a premium service!!
