Right from the start when we first met Ken Lawrence at our property for a valuation we were immediately impressed with his manner, professionalism, advice and knowledge of the area. He was patient and listened to everything we had to say about the house. When marketing the property the description Ken wrote was comprehensive and detailed He was happy to make any alteration we suggested and along with the sympathetic photos gave a true picture of our house.

Andrea has been amazing, regularly updating the property listing online to keep it fresh. She is a wizard negotiator so that we were able to achieve a selling price which was in excess of the valuations we received from other estate agents. Throughout the conveyancing process she was constantly checking that progress was being made with the other people in the chain and she was regularly updating us so that we knew how things were coming along. Olivia and Laken were just as professional, everyone was so approachable and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them

So it is without any hesitation that we would unreservedly recommend Movuno Estate Agents. The service that we have received from them throughout the whole process has been brilliant. We can’t praise them enough we are so glad that we chose them.

We had put our property on the market over a year ago with another estate agent and after two failures to complete the sale costing us a move into another property, we decided to take the house off the market.
In September 2024, we then decided to put the house back on the market with Movuno and I cannot express my amazement how quickly and efficiently the property was sold.
I can highly recommend them if you are selling your property with a special mention to Lakan and Ken who dealt with us personally. Lakan kept us updated constantly, even when it seemed other parties were not as disposed to do so.
